Negative experience: I regularly do my haircut at Rezgas, very good at what they do but it is a big disappointment today that I had to wait a long time and finally when my turn came, i was informed that the two people who are working, have their next appointments lined up.. if that is the case, there should be a big board saying "Only Appointments".. or at least have the courtesy to tell the people of the expected waiting time...

Negative experience: I went to Rezga's in November and I got ringworm in my neck, just like many of the other customers who have complained. They clearly don't clean their equipment properly. And some of the barbers there have no clue what they are doing. I ended up with lots of cuts of my face before and one of the barbers was using spray dye on my hair without asking me.

Negative experience: If you're gonna go, go to Rezga only. Some new guy cut my hair, didn't follow instructions, messed up my trim and his dirty machines gave me ringworm and spots on my face that haven't gone for over 2 months now. I never come to Rezgas anyway but due to finishing work at 6 I absolutely had to as they were open till 7. Not sure what the new guys name was but he looked absolutely out of it, failure to follow instructions and has left me with spots all over. Very disappointed Rezga, you've held down a solid reputation all these years and yet you allow these fools to trim your customers. Would give you 0 stars if possible

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Rezgas cut for over 10 years. I get my hair cut and beard shape up done by Rezga. All the barbers are very talented, I now book my appointments on Booksy to avoid waiting. On the off chance I havent booked or need a last minute cut, Rezga or the boys will always do their best to fit me in, it just means waiting a little longer.
