Negative experience: Used to go all the time a few years back, moved away and was in town so decided to stop in, dunno what's happened but had some guy absolutely butcher through my hair, totally half cocked, rough as anything like he was sheering a sheep, everyone was standing around watching me, vaping and chatting in some random language, felt very uncomfortable during the whole thing. Obviously it's changed hands and the new people couldn't give a toss. Not a very pleasant experience, definitely not worth paying £25 for a £4 haircut.

Negative experience: Price is alright, been three times. First time a guy cut my hair great (5 stars for him), but for the latter two I had the eastern European/west asian guy who messed up my cut each time: The first time my ear was bleeding because he buzzed the flesh, and the second he accidently buzzed off a chunk of hair from the top, pretty much ruining it and making it asymmetrical until it can grow out again (which wont work at all in the meantime). The overall blending of the cuts wasn't great by him either, not smooth layers, had to fix it myself at home every time.

Comfortable sofas and chilled bottles of water available whilst you wait to help unwind. And there is a handy loyalty scheme to reward repeat visits. Appointments can be arranged also. On top of that, he was incredibly helpful and professional throughout. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. Negative experience: Went for a hair cut, I didn’t have great expectations and just wanted a simple cut. Here’s the experience- - Barber rushes me to the chair, asks “how short” and as I was trying to explain how I want it goes “give a number”. I understood he just wanted to give me clipper length. - Cuts hair as fast as possible, while looking everywhere but at my hair - Cuts me off again when I am trying to say how I want my top done, and says “I’ll ask you” (horrible customer service) - The only relief was after I sternly told him how I want the back and top done he listened (not without complaint however) Unfortunately had a terrible experience; the barber seemed completely uninterested, it felt as if he just wanted the money as fast as possible - The entire cut was done in under 5 mins (I spend more time trimming my beard) Never visiting again, but to anyone thinking of going here, I suggest not to because they charge £16 for a haircut but deliver services not even worth £6. I think that you should not higher employees who don’t have a shred of empathy for the customer and clearly does not want to cut hair (never asked the name of the guy who cut my hair, but he had beard, black hair and was wearing a cap)
