She was incredibly patient and took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, making sure I was happy with every step of the haircut. ❤️ Her doggy is so cuteThe salon has a really nice, relaxed environment, and Sheny herself is so friendly and professional. I couldn't be happier with the result and will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic experience: Had a good experience. I prebooked a wet cut and blow dry a day before going. When I arrived I headed downstairs which was hijabi friendly. Senay the hair dresser was very warm and inviting. I felt the price was reasonable and happy with the service I recieved.

Negative experience: I have just had a really bad experience at the barber shop. Apparently to book an appointment I have to pay 3£ which will never be deducted by what you pay for the haircut. Also on the website there is no mention about walk in possibility which then you won’t pay for. Communication to customer isn’t very clear and to be honest this feels like robbing people their money. I’m sorry but I can’t really leave a good review even though the cut was ok.

Negative experience: Called to book an appointment and was told they could fit me in at 6:15. I paid for a taxi to make sure I got there on time, ended up getting there early but was then told they didn't have time. Even after I explained that I was the one who called, they just shrugged it off and contiued cutting hair. Isn't the first time this has happened. Don't tell book people in only to tell them you can't do it, it's just a waste of someone's time

Negative experience: I have a very bad experience with the hair cut for my wife. We have been told a price and then when the job done was different price higher! As, we have been asked to transfer the money to the bank account or cash. My advice to other: PLEASE double check the prices for the job you asked for and double confirm it with the manager!

Fantastic experience: I always had really bad experiences with hairdressers, a friend recommended Senay because I needed to change my hair and she is amazing, she explains what she is doing to your hair, she is lovely very friendly and she does take care of your hair like it’s her own. I will definitely come back. I cut and did air brush on my hair.
