Negative experience: The worst barber in the UK for sure. That guy did exactly opposite of what I asked him to do. There was a guy earlier who gave me a nice haircut that’s why I went back again. But this time the main guy who is always there messed up my hair deliberately. I haven’t been in UK for too long as I am a student and he figured that out and took advantage of that. He took only 5 minutes to cut my hair. Never going there again and neither should you guys.

Fantastic experience: Just perfect. Arrived a bit late but Mehar agreed to sort my unruly hair out. Salon appeared very clean and well laid out and Mehar made me feel welcome despite the time. His gentle touch and his wanting to get it exactly right showed that I was in the hands of a true master. Favourable comments at work today. Will definitely return. Thanks

Negative experience: Completely unsanitary! If you have long hair, do not even think about going here, this individual can cause problems that last for months. I witnessed them using the same cloth on three separate customers yesterday, and I had to ask them to switch it out for hygiene’s sake.

Fantastic experience: Found this place through a recommendation and so glad I went. Hands down the best haircut experience I've ever had. When I first walked in, all the staff happily greeted me. I got my hair cut by Mohammed who did a phenomenal job. He paid attention to every detail and would constantly check if I was happy with the result. Honestly I couldn't fault a single thing. All staff are extremely friendly, one of the other barbers, Mehar even offered me a hot drink half way through the trim! These guys know good service and are professional throughout. Easily accessible at the head of city road, you will not find a better barber in Cardiff.
