Negative experience: Wanted a mid chocolate brown colour. Too much ash was used and it was green in parts. Went back, had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment to have it fixed. Was told them to just keep washing it too it fades. Was gaslit and made to feel I was imagining that the colour was almost black, it was!!! Hairdresser was combative and would take no responsibility. Overtoned ash hair to be almost black doesnt fade to chocolate brown, went back again and just had another colour put on top which of course did not address the undertone and it still looked really dark, very unprofessional. When I had the grace to still let them do my hair as it had been the only mistake in 3 years, they said no as they had “tried on several occasions to fix my hair” several occaison? They only attempted once and that was after a month of trying to get them to. Very unprofessional and incompetent. I’ve been to some bad hairdressers and they all make mistakes but never ever had a hairdresser not be interested in at least trying to correct it, and refusing continuing business from me. I genuinely feel I was treated appallingly.

Negative experience: The customer service here is absolutely awful. I was rudely spoken to by one of the members of staff here after i took a wrong seat for waiting when i misheard the receptionist. These people do not care about retaining customers or their wellbeing at all. Absolutely overpriced for a 35 pound mid skin fade haircut . What i experienced was clearly racist and discriminatory behaviour and the entire vibe atmosphere in the establishment was off and negative. I would not come here again and reccomend that others do not do so. One of the worst customer serice experinces ive had.

Fantastic experience: Marcio is a top barber and a great guy, been going to him now for about 3 years and that is enough said itself. Not only do I get a great haircut he’s always down to have a chat about anything. Would honestly recommend to anyone in the area!

Negative experience: Average haircut from Marcio who paid no attention to detail and was extremely bland . He took about 15 minutes to cut my hair, didn’t bother with a cutthroat to tidy up the edges and didn’t bother pulling down my collar to tidy up my neck. I understand not everyone wants to chat but he basically didn’t ask a single thing about me and just spoke about his girlfriend the whole cut…embarrassing. He also spoke about how much he hated cutting hair. I recommend Bentley and Co on Churchill way over here. 2 stars as the coffee was decent.

Fantastic experience: I have been having my haircut by marcio and the first time i ever booked an appointment he was amazing. He understood what i wanted and gave suggestions which in my own opinion was better than my own idea. I love how clean the place is, everyone has their own station for clients. Would definitely recommend

Positive experience: Wonderful staff and lovely stylists. My hair came out lovely. Overall great experience. Only reason it’s 4/5 is due to the price point, this place is not cheap! I understand excellence usually comes with a higher price point however you should definitely consider this before booking in. Although, they were super transparent with pricing so that is a bonus!

Lau was super punctual, and very reassuring with me (a very socially anxious and quiet person getting their first gender affirming haircut). They really took the time to understand what it was that I was looking for, and it was obvious that they had a lot of experience in barbering. I’d recommend Lau to anyone looking for a new barber. Fantastic experience: I don’t know her name but I think she’s Spanish/latino. I came in with severely damaged hair and she fixed it with a £20 treatment and cut a few inches off my hair and I’ve never had such healthy hair in years! She recommended me healthy hair tips. Such a kind person too
