He listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me the exact haircut I had been looking for. He's well experienced and very friendly. Not only did he fix the previous mess, but he also made sure every detail was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Negative experience: Worst experience in a barbershop that I’ve had in years. Barber didn’t listen to what I wanted and immediately started clippering the long hair at the back; this made me stay to get something as I now knew that the mullet was no longer an option. The fades on each side of the head stop at a different point. Hair was too long on top and when I asked for it to go shorter the response was ‘you don’t want it shorter this is the right length’. I got up paid and went home to buzz my head. Truly awful

King, was very understanding and on-point with communication, consistently asking questions to make sure he’s getting the right vision. A very careful barber who also gives you amazing suggestions on how you could work with your hair. If you ever go in, do ask for King.

Negative experience: Asked for a medium fade and not much off the top, just a trim. I got a high fade and almost 2 inches off the top. The fade itself is also not faded. I have a line on both sides of my head where the "fade" starts. I also don't mind when barbers take their time with a trim, but this took nearly an hour and it was not at all what I asked for. In addition, I have been here once before and had a different guy cut my hair. The trim wasn't great as he seemed to rush it. The fade was noticeably higher on one side compared to the other. After I paid, he rushed out the door with a guy who had been waiting outside for him for the past 5 minutes. Will not be coming back.

Negative experience: Barber was in such a rush to get me out of the chair, did not listen to a word I said. A for a low fade to a 1 on the side and what I got was a 1 shaved the whole way up my head. Barber took literally 90 seconds and goes “happy with that?” I told him, no I wanted a low fade and he tells me “your hair is too short to fade on the sides”. Yes that’s because you shaved it all off. I was served by the barber in the chair nearest the door

Negative experience: Pretty incompetent, asked for a number 1 with a low low fade up, and a bit off the top but gave me a 2 on the sides and way too much cut off the top, also kept making odd comments about my hair thinning etc, avoid !

Negative experience: I don't mean any bad intent, however it was honestly such a poor experience. I walked in at lunch and tried speaking to the barber asking if you were open but he ignored me initially then proceeded to tell me to sit down in a really rude tone. I thought I'd give him chance, asked for a medium skin fade but then within 5 minutes my haircut was "done", I then politely asked for a little more off. He refused and charged me £18 which was card only? I just hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else as I've heard good things so I was just extremely disappointed. Would appreciate if someone better from the team could reach out! thanks.
