Negative experience: I made the biggest mistake of my life to go to this barber just because I was in a hurry and couldn’t get an appointment elsewhere. Completely ruined my beard and moustache. The owner of the shop was my barber and was very unprofessional. He was drunk while doing a haircut and kept me waiting while sitting on the chair to have a haircut for almost 15 minutes. Very very poor service.

Fantastic experience: Book it! And the boys will always get you right! AY is my favorite barber, always gets my hair lined up good. It's located behind the Tim Hortons if you ever find yourself getting lost. Great staff! They maintain good hygiene and offer great prices. FYI. They also do braids for men. Beard trimming, eyebrow trimming, scissor/razor trims, kids cuts, braids etc. You name it! They do it!

Negative experience: On March 29, I had an appointment at 6:00 pm and waited about 40 minutes, as that has happened multiple times. This barbershop is an absolute disaster. Waiting over half an hour three times is not acceptable; it's downright insulting! It’s clear they don’t give a damn about their customers. This level of incompetence is beyond poor service; it’s a blatant slap in the face to anyone who walks through their door. I refuse to waste my time here any longer. I’m done with this place for good.
