Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Cairo n Hamza. From the moment I walked in, they were very welcoming and professional. The shop has a great vibe and you can tell they really care about their customers. They take their time with every haircut and don’t rush the process, which makes a big difference. What I really like about them is their attention to detail. They make sure the fade is clean, the lines are sharp, and everything looks perfect before you leave the chair. They listen to what you want and also give good suggestions if you’re not sure what style would look best. You can tell they have a lot of skill and experience. Another thing that stands out is how friendly they are. They make the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable, and you can have a good conversation while getting your haircut. The place is clean, organized, and has a great atmosphere. Every time I leave after a haircut from Cairo n Hamza, I feel confident and fresh. If you’re looking for barbers who are professional, talented, and truly care about their work, I highly recommend them. Definitely one of the best barber experiences I’ve had.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, our most recent experience at this place was very disappointing. The owner was quite rude to my 10-year-old son, which I find completely unacceptable. This place had been my husband’s favorite for over a year, so this situation was especially disappointing for us. Things changed after my son finished his haircut with Cairo. The owner’s attitude was awful and highly unprofessional, with no consideration at all toward a child. Regardless of the circumstances, customers—especially children—should always be treated with respect. Because of this experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this place, despite the good experiences we had in the past.

Negative experience: I initially gave this location a chance based on reviews. Nice place, kind staff. I had shown a photo of what I had wanted when I entered. When I left I looked like I had a haircut to be casted on dumb and Dumber. The hair was up in the front of the photo and he had styled my hair down. When I got home I attempted to style it the same way but was unsuccessful with the cut. Disappointed.

I was happy to see an appointment based system where a 30 min time is dedicated to do a proper job unlike my experience at another franchise. Much appreciated and will visit again. Fantastic experience: I prefer a very low maintenance schedule of haircuts and beard trims. As such it's difficult to articulate what I'd like. Often barbers will go too low or make a shape that I didn't expect. Hamsa(*spelling), did everything I didn't need to articulate. He intuitively knew what I was asking for. It's not very complicated what I wanted, but in the past somehow other "professionals" seem to miss the mark. I like my hair long on the top and short on the sides. It's artistic how one can make a simple style seem unique and appropriate for the person. Hamsa did that for me
