Negative experience: Honestly Igor can cut hair. Dude cut my hair once and made me want to come back. But having to go through the girls at the front desk really makes me want to go somewhere else. I called and booked a appointment with Igor. I even had the girl on the phone verify who I went to last time. (I'm loyal like that) She confirmed and told me he had availability tonight. Perfect as I need a haircut for tomorrow. I book with Igor for 6:30pm. I get there and Igor is still busy. No problem things can take longer sometimes. So I sit and wait. I wait almost 30min but still this isn't the issue. As I'm waiting there is a mother sitting next to me and her son's are getting a cut. The son comes over and she is immediately unsatisfied. She starts by saying it is not at all what she asked for. She brings up a picture. I happened to look over and see myself it wasn't even close. The barber says he can make it shorter. But apparently that isn't what it took as the other barber who did a cut for the woman before had to leave a client and literally take over while this barber looked on like he was in training. This is important because as Igor finished with his client he came over and got the other gentleman sitting down waiting. Took him back for a cut. I stood up and went to the girl at the front and she apologized and said they ran into a issue hinting with the other barber in training. I said I called and verified and confirmed a appointment with Igor. She told me that they booked me in with this other guy instead. I don't understand how Igor's name was dropped more than once and they just take it upon themselves to randomly book me with someone else without telling me? If he was busy and we spoke about it maybe but just to waste my time and book me when the conversation was about something else really upsets me. So I ended up not feeling reassured that this other guy was any good and now I guess I'm back on the lookout for another barber in a place that actually pays attention when booking a appointment and not wasting my time. Again if it wasn't for the girls not paying attention at the front this may actually be a decent place. Igor good barber but I don't think worth the issue of going through these incompetent girls filing the appointments. Anyone with any suggestions for a good barber please let me know.

Positive experience: hussain was great, the way he adds his input and give better looking haircuts. issue is with the management who running the shop, as they only accepts cash, who has cash nowadays. they tell you to go next door convenience store to use atm.

Negative experience: I booked a 7:30 PM appointment on Friday, Sep 12 and ended up waiting over 20 minutes. When I asked, I was told it would be another 10 minutes. This is the second time I’ve had the same experience. What’s disappointing is that if a client is even 5 minutes late, their spot is given away, yet clients can be kept waiting 30 minutes without notice. I drove 30 minutes from Guelph only to have my time wasted. Please respect your clients’ time like you expect us to respect yours. I also request that management investigate this issue to prevent it from happening in the future.

Fantastic experience: Been going for about a year now, I previously had the same barber at another shop for about 16 years so I don’t like switching up barbers I use Natu ( located in the far left corner as you come in ) , took me about 2/3 times before he knew exactly what I wanted, I go in and he does his thing, he’s quick & great at what he does, just lets me hangout with my eyes closed and I let him work, definitely recommend him, he’s there 7days a week so any day that works for you works for him 110% suggest him

Negative experience: I had a bad haircut. I asked for a specific length to be cut off, he cut more than he was supposed to in some areas, and different areas, had different lengths. While he was washing my hair, he kept pulling it, even after I told him it hurts(Though he did, ty to act a little more gentle), and this barber was extremely inexperienced, because I was just there for a trim, and he still managed to mess it up. This barber's name was Alexis.

Negative experience: I have to say it's one of the worst cuts I have ever gotten in my life. He did a good job on the beard but completely messed up my hair. I now have to wear a cap to hide it.

Positive experience: January 2025 visit - Shiv did a good job with hair cut and beard shaping. I liked his work no complaints. Pros: Skilled and talented employees Cons: 1) I didn’t like the ambiance too many stuffs on their working areas it felt congested and not well maintained it’s not clean too. Many of the comments in the reviews sections are true about the cleanliness I agree to it. 2) not sure the blades where cleaned or not sure the shaving razors are cleaned My neck skin had large bumps and follicles after few days of the visit here. I have never changed my regular go to barber shop and thought of trying here for the very first time. I had mixed experiences and couldn’t convince myself to re visit again. Negative experience: If you want anything more then a basic fade do not go here, even then I wouldn't recommend. Recieved barber rash multiple times due to them never cleaning their clippers. General cleanliness here is terrible. I've tried multiple different barbers here and had the same out come. Do not recommend coming here at all.

Fantastic experience: Igor, shiv and Harveer are the best ever. I have 3 kids and every time we go they look forward to their barber doing their hair. Igor is always so friendly to my son and he only will let him do it. He is patient and makes him feel so good after. Shiv always gets my youngest and he is known as the golden guy because his equipment is gold and my son always says I get to see My golden barber and it’s such a treat that he enjoys going. Harveer gets my middle son and is always asking him how he is and so kind and listens to exactly what he wants. Thank you for having such an amazing team who makes us feel so welcome!

Negative experience: I have been a loyal customer for the past two years, and I have always been satisfied with the quality of haircuts I received. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been quite disappointing. Over the last 2-3 visits, my haircuts have consistently been ruined. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this seems to have become a recurring issue. It's disheartening to see the decline in the quality of service, especially from a place I used to trust. If you don't know how to do a particular haircut, please admit it and let someone else do the work instead of ruining someone's hair. Regrettably, I now have to find a new barber who can meet my expectations.

Negative experience: At first I thought whether I should write a review about this hairdresser or not, but I’ll write it anyway. I was very upset by how the salon itself looked, at the entrance I was greeted by an incredibly shabby sofa, sitting down on it I was left covered in black rags, I even felt disgusted, and also looking around I saw a bunch of dust, dirt and black hair, this hair was everywhere, there was no clean place at all! although when we arrived only 2 technicians were busy, the rest were just sitting on their phones... They probably don’t even know what it’s like to sweep a room, it feels like the salon hasn’t been cleaned like this for 5 years, I’m very upset, one plus is that the guy who cut my son’s hair was very good, and I would give him 5 stars alone . But there are no SERVICES in this hairdressing salon!!! I ask the owner of this premises to pay attention to the “face” of his business! You charge a lot of money for a haircut, but you can’t make repairs or change furniture!

Negative experience: Called at 4:11Pm to ask if they had time to do a haircut and beard lineup - girl over the phone said absolutely please come before 4:30 as that’s our last appointment- showed up at 4:23Pm and was told they can’t accommodate haircut and beard lineup it’s either one or the other … what a waste of time, should have been clear on the phone. Meanwhile the barber is sitting on the chair sucking on a lollipop … great professionals!

Fantastic experience: I brought my little man DJ in to fix a botched hair cut by yours truly. I asked for a skin fade and to even everything up that I had messed up. From start to finish it was a great experience the barber MJ got a booster seat for my little guy and helped him up. The cut itself was done really well! He sassed his hair up with some hairspray and color spray. Needless to say my little guy was super happy. He's 6 by the way but the environment was so chill he was super comfortable. Fantastic experience: Favourite one in town Was anxious to try this place at first. I never got exactly what I wanted from any other shop. Gureen, the guy who did my hair was super friendly. So I showed him the photo of the model and explained how I want it, Gureen took his time paid attention to all the details and after an hour i got what I wanted. Extremely satisfied with his work! Edit: loving this place! Last time Harveer did my hair, and yes i am super satisfied. Got exactly what i wanted. Harveer is super comfortable doing Gen Z cuts. Negative experience: OLD outdated review: I Have been going in there for a while, today I had what I was told is the owner cutting my hair. He cut and styled my hair flawlessly in an extremely fast time. He did my two younger brothers as well. He was quite entertaining and kept the conversation lively enough that I didn’t get bored. Music was a good volume and the atmosphere was quite welcoming. My favourite spot in town, highly reccomend. Never been dissatisfied with a cut from them since they opened. Edit: quality has dropped I was getting consistently bad haircuts for a few months. Straight from some older guy who works there, I got one that was so bad my friends and coworkers were laughing at me, it was a mess, uneven, random long hairs, one side was layered one wasn’t, It was like the cutter is intoxicated. I messaged them photos and told them I was dissatisfied and they initially offered to fix it, but then they ghosted me when I was trying to set up a time - I then switched to another barber

Fantastic experience: The best barber shop in town! If you're looking for a barber shop that welcomes you like a family, this is the place. The barbers are knowledgeable and well experienced! The owner Mohamad is very welcoming and down to earth. Doesn't matter if you're old or young, they do great service to everybody.

Fantastic experience: My son has started going there for his thick curly hair. And has been very happy with his hair cut. BUT now I found my hairstylist there too! I think his name is Conan...he knew how to cut my curly hair and I had so many compliments on my new curls! Love my hair once again! I recommend even for women. Just ask for the woman's hairstylist.

Fantastic experience: I came to Igor for a fade and a beard trim. Igor was friendly, professional and he gave me literally the best haircut I've had in years. I've had some painful haircuts in the past, so I appreciate that Igor was able to give me an excellent fade without any pain. The gentle touch and kind demeanor are a huge bonus on top of an amazing talent.

Negative experience: I had done perm in April for $500 and just right next day I sent my hair pictures to the manger showing how it didn’t take my hair and wasn’t perm at all so she told me to come back and after examining Sam told me to come back for a free touch up in couple months cause it’s gonna ruin my hair if I redo it now and I told him I’m gonna come back on October since it’ll be my sister’s wedding and he agreed and told the manager too she accepted it but when I called the salon and Sam they refuse it Sam says he’s no longer working there and the salon refuses for such an agreement and saying it’s been 6 months which isn’t the case it’s 5 months but beside that I was told the perm is for 1 year which was gone the next day very unprofessional and liars.
