I went into the store when my fiancee and I arrived at the mall and asked for any slots for a beard trim that afternoon. Got one for around 90 minutes later. My barber was fantastic. Service and quality of the beard trim was abs first class.

3 months ago Positive experience: First to say that the place is lovely and that the branch manager is amazing and very helpful, 10/5 stars just for her. They offer a great variety of services and some of them are executed on a very high level. However, some are not. I did many/pedy (really good), oxygen treatment (good) and the Presidential Treatment and pros: my skin looks amazing (better than after much more expensive treatments) and my hair looks great from a bit of a distance. Cons: My fade is assymetrical and my beck hurts for days because the barber used the massage gun way too intensely.

4 months ago Negative experience: I’ve been to 1847 before in other branches and had good experiences, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. I came in for a manicure and pedicure and had a terrible experience with the technician, Mae. The service felt rushed and careless, with very little attention to detail or comfort, and overall it didn’t meet the standard I usually expect from 1847. I’m honestly not sure if this was just an issue with Mae or if this branch has broader quality control problems, but it was bad enough that I wouldn’t return to this location based on this visit. I hope management can look into it, because the inconsistency across branches is frustrating—especially when you’re paying for a premium experience.

8 months ago Fantastic experience: Had my haircut and mani and pedicure today at 1847 Dubai Mall. The ladies Ghie and Mirae was spectacular. I totally enjoyed my service with them. Then Mughtaar (Davids) did my haircut, he did great. What a guy! The entire team was great and the hospitality was top notch! Keep up the great service 1847!

9 months ago Fantastic experience: Regular at 1847 Dubai Mall. In pedilogic treatment there is no better specialist than Lea. By far the best treatment in all things pedi comes from Lea. In manicures there is no one like Roma who pays so much attention to the nails that they last for over 2 weeks. Nowhere else and no one else can do them like Roma.

9 months ago Fantastic experience: After searching for 7 years for the best barber in Dubai, I am convinced to have found the one. Hassan is, without a doubt, the best barber I have ever had. He is gentle, takes care of every detail (hair and beard) and makes me feel comfortable. He has all the qualities of a 5 star Barber and more! 11/10 would recommend Hassan every time to anyone!

10 months ago Fantastic experience: I had there event I was late but they accept me and it’s amazing place always. I am going there which is the best. I try a lot of place. This is the best. The stuff was amazing in Dubai mall. Roma & kren I I surprise about them welcome to me which is they ask me whatever I want to drink they will bring for me and how they are doing. It’s super amazing and clean.

10 months ago Negative experience: One of the worse haircut ever , I was forced next day to go for another hair cut , I did put my review to them which I thought they will offer me to come same day to fix the hair cut but they didn’t taking into consideration that my bill always not less than 600

11 months ago Negative experience: Went for a manicure and pedicure twice. Both times I asked for my cuticles to be removed like usual, but they ignored me. The second time, the lady filed my nails so aggressively that I bled from my thumb. Honestly disappointed — the branch in Qatar is way better, and the staff there actually have some energy.

11 months ago Negative experience: I've been a customer of 1847 since it's inception. I was shocked to see the quality deteriorate this much. Having said that, I can say their Dubai Mall branch is far from the great service I usually get from the other 1847 branches like the ones in JBR and Grosvenor House. I'll remain a loyal customer but will never visit the Dubai Mall branch ever again.
