Karim was super nice and chatty and took a lot of care in making sure the haircut was good. Never had someone take so much time care and pride in what they do. The eye treatment was really relaxing. Positive experience: The service, cuts and place are great. Only issue is I paid for a hair consultation and wanted genuine advice for what would look good on me/suit my face and the barber essentially said "i'll do whatever you think looks good". Would've liked more advice/working with me to figure out what suits me best tbh

Negative experience: I had very bad experince with kenny at marina branch , For the second time my hair in the back head After one week from treatment looks like i didnt do the treatment very well Like wasting money and time with un professional people I Will never recomend it
