Negative experience: Review for the Management: I’ve been a regular here for simple haircuts and beard trims, and those have always been fine. This time, I opted for the 150 AED package after confirming with the receptionist that it included deep cleaning. The receptionist was clear and helpful, so no issue there. The problem came up with the stylist. While he was working on my hair, he told me I’d need to pay an extra 40 dirhams for something I was led to believe was already included. When I tried to discuss this, it was clear the receptionist and stylist had different explanations, which made me feel completely scammed. In the end, I just got a normal haircut and left, and as a regular customer, I no longer feel like returning. Message for Other Customers: Please, if you’re visiting, be absolutely clear about what you’re getting before you agree to any extras from the stylist. It’s obvious that there can be a disconnect, and you might end up feeling like you’re being upsold or misled. Just be careful, know exactly what you’re paying for, and that’s my message for you.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience! I went for a haircut and hair color, and it was a complete disaster. The color stained my shirt and even my scalp. Despite giving clear instructions for the haircut, the stylist completely messed it up. Even after washing my hair at the salon, I had to wash it again at home because the color kept bleeding and was all over my scalp. Extremely unprofessional service. Never going back! Sold a package for AED 200 for 5 services and doesn’t provide all, so misleading.
