Fantastic experience: So basically, over the past 20 years I have been getting my hair cut across various salons across various countries. Super expensive ones, super cheap ones, the flashy chains, the hole in the wall kinda places, your smack in the middle of a shopping mall kinda places as well. Been to this brands’ Abu Dhabi branch as well as the Bloomingdale’s branch. Somehow, this particular branch ticked all the right boxes for me. Mainly cos of Mr Ahmed, my requested stylist for the day. This gentleman has been with this brand at this particular branch for a v v long time. And I totally get why. He actually took the time to understand my hair, the shape of my head, and what kinda vibe I was going for. Stylists before him had done the same with me. But, this time, Mr Ahmed actually ended up delivering on a style which not only suited me but also legit made me happy. As an Indian dude who barely got 2/3 years of hair left, I really appreciated it. For guys, a good haircut can proper make your day. IMHO. It just elevates your mood. It’s like finding the perfect cologne that matches your skin scent. Or a well tailored well cut and fitted suit. The ambience of the salon is pretty nice as well. A nice walking area near by. The water. The vibes. All in all - the 3 owners smashed this one outta the park, location wise. There’s an amazing Italian food place downstairs as well!! Overall - I would highly recommend Mr Ahmed

Fantastic experience: I've had my hair / beard cut by maybe 30+ people over the years and this was by far and away unlike anything i've experienced to date. I've only been to Chaps and Co (JLT) once so i can't account for all of their barbers but Issy was so so good! The trim and overall shave is honestly fascinating to watch, even the way they hold the scissors feels different haha. My hair and beard looked infinitely better than when I went in. However beyond the individual Barber, all of the small details are covered. The towels are perfectly scented, tools and equipment are obviously cleaned meticulously and a welcome coffee at the door is thoroughly appreciated! Even the design of the layout is clever - in every other barber i've been to, the sink for hair washing is tucked away in the corner. In Chaps and Co, it's literally right infront of you, the Barber just spins the chair and you don't need to do that weird penguin walk with the apron on :D Thank you so much folks - i'll be your customer for as long as i'm in Dubai!

He pays attention to the small details that make a big difference. The experience is relaxed, and he makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. The shop is always clean and well run, and Ahmed keeps things professional while being easy to talk to. Every time I leave the chair I feel sharp and confident.

They make you feel welcome and treat you like a VIP. Cesar is the only barber I book with. He’s very friendly and easy to connect with. He makes a real effort to get to know you and understand exactly what you need. His customer focus is outstanding. Since he’s a well recognized barber, his schedule gets very busy. Even so, I’d rather adjust my plans to fit his availability than go to a different barber.

I’d encourage everyone to give him a shot, he’s a great barber. Spanish speakers in particular - great to have someone who you can communicate with effectively. Chaps and Co is just consistent in their hires like Cesar, so after 9 years in Dubai I don’t imagine I’ll be going anywhere else. Keep up the good work! PS: I saw a review here of someone who couldn’t find the place and then was upset they wanted to move his appointment or something so gave the barber 1-star. Best ignore this drivel imo. People who moan about service are often the ones who have the least idea of working in the service industry!

Fantastic experience: I've been getting my hair cut by Jordan for a while now and he truly amazed me at how accurately he can copy a picture that I can show him which led me to only booking him every time. We have great chats and the time goes by so fast that I get surpriaed that the haircut is already finished. Wency at the counter is a great face to meet as soon as I enter the customer because she seems always happy and sets the mood of the store. 10/10 from me

Fantastic experience: It took me 11 years to find a proper barbershop in Dubai. Not just the shop, but a professional that cares about what I really wanted to achieve. Ceasar is just a gem that I wish I had met before. He helped me achieve a style transition that I was looking for and I am super happy with the results. This guy is always fully booked, so make sure you book him in advance and be on time so he can do what he is good at: customer satisfaction.
