Negative experience: Came for a modern mullet haircut for my curly hair. The staff is pretty professional but completely messed up my hair. I had 5 inches long curls n ended up with 1 inch of hair. It might be a good saloon for fades but definitely not good for modern haircuts like mullet or wolf cut. They did not charge me for my haircut but i look like an egg. Just writing a review for ppl to give heads up that curly hair ppl should choose other saloons that specialises for that hair type. PS i did ask multiple times if they could do the specific haircut i wanted

Fantastic experience: Been going to get my hair cut at this barber shop for almost 2 years. Always welcomed and made feel at home. Coffee and a cold water is always offered to me before I even sit down. My barbers name is Sam and he always goes above and beyond for me and all his clients. Negative experience: I called to make an appointment and asked 3 times by who I could be cut or the name of the barber. They did not want to tell me and told me that since I’m new they will give me the best barber and I don’t have to worry. I ended up with the worse rated barber they have and paid 100 AED for a poor haircut with barely anything done!

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional service. They pull hair, use a sharp razor, and then brush with a hard bristle brush until your skin hurts and turns red. My skin was burning for two days after their haircut! And to top it all off, they don’t even wash your hair before cutting!

Fantastic experience: I visited Fade and Shave at Marina under Princess Tower for the first time, and it was fantastic! They really nailed the haircut I wanted - Specifically Mercello (cool guy) he really did well - before after huge differenc highly recommended:)

Fantastic experience: just got my haircut done by Marcelo and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He really took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered it perfectly. The attention to detail, the precision, and the overall care he put into the cut made a huge difference. On top of that, he’s super professional, easy to talk to, and makes the whole experience comfortable.
