Negative experience: I have been a loyal customer of this gents salon for the past two years, regularly visiting for both haircuts and beard grooming. Until now, I have always been satisfied with the quality of service. Unfortunately, my recent experience on [01/July/2025] was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I went in for my usual haircut and beard trim, but the barber completely mishandled both. My hair was cut unevenly with visible patches, and my beard was trimmed far too short and asymmetrical, making it look untidy and unprofessional. When I respectfully raised my concerns, the barber refused to acknowledge the obvious mistakes and simply claimed that “this is the usual way” he cuts my hair which is absolutely not the case. Due to this poor workmanship, I now feel embarrassed to go out in public as the haircut and beard look so bad. What’s worse is the lack of responsibility shown when I tried to address the issue. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that staff are trained to listen to customers’ feedback, accept accountability for errors, and deliver the standard of service expected. I have always trusted this salon, but after this experience, I will be reconsidering whether to return
