Negative experience: To be honest, they are not worth the money which we pay as professionals. My beard was uneven and haircut was not perfect as i asked them to do. The barber was in hurry. It was a Jordanian barber. This is honest review, as they ask customers to put a review. Manicure was good, but its really painful the next day. Hydrafacial is average as i expected better results. With my experiences Therefore its not worth the money we pay.

Negative experience: Really unorganized time management, made a booking the day before since they already postponed initial reservation so we agreed for the day after and what do you know? Sat there for 50 mins unattended and was told that there would be an extra of minimum 40 mins wait Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: This salon has a great potential in terms of location and diversity of services, however, i advise that they consider a customer service and time management training. I am a regular customer, but not anymore. Which means i should’t be taken for granted. The last 2 visits wasn’t as expected. (1) its my mistake i went without an appointment, the place was packed - but at least i should be attended to get insights about the estimated waiting time - i left after 70 minutes with no attention. (2) due to the above incident, in the last visit i made sure that i make a reservation and reserved a Massage & Hammam together which to my knowledge its 2 hours for 250 AED - the problem was i left unattended for 20 minutes in the steaming room - the massage, hammam, hair drying and leaving the salon took 50 minutes (i arrived 5.50 and left at 7.08) and i was charged 300 AED - i noticed that i was served fast since there was another client waiting. I paid without even looking at the machine while later on i noticed that i was charged for the booked service that i didn’t get.
