Fantastic experience: I walked in and made an appointment for later the same day with a gentleman named Oscar; needless to say, I'm a very satisfied client — he cleaned up my undercut, didn't nick or cut the long hair on top which I wanted to keep, and also shaped up and cleaned my beard. Very happy with the service, and I will regularly be coming back.

Negative experience: I explained to Edgar how I wanted him to cut my hair. I had asked him to trim it only. He told me he was going to decide on the haircut I was getting and then he cut it real short. I didn’t want my hair cut short. Why did he do that? My hair looks so bad now.

Fantastic experience: I called last minute requesting to be seen as a walk-in and was warmly welcomed and upon arrival I was taken to a station immediately to consult and get my cut. I had only expected to be getting a quick clean up of the sides and back being such short notice and my pickiness with letting an unfamiliar barber do a full cut on my first experience with them but this time I really hit the jackpot! My barber, Carlos was amazing, without much need for explanation he knew exactly what to do and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend and am glad to have found a new barber so close to my house. Fantastic experience: First haircut in a while for my son (8+ months without a cut) and the first one in this style, it came out AMAZING. It was a REAL transformation. He loved it and feels super confident. As a mom, it was hard to trust a barber with his hair and a one that could preciously pull off what my son wanted. Negative experience: The barbers can cut but they're slow and overpriced. The atmosphere is meh. They treat walk ins like dirt so there's that. They all act like it's a privilege to be getting a haircut by them. There are plenty of other shops in the area who treat there customers better. I won't be coming back. Update 01/10/24. My review is not fake. Why don't you address the issues instead of trying to discredit me?

Negative experience: Avoid Oscar!! He is the worst barber I have seen in my life. Didn’t communicate was always on the phone in middle of haircut and now my haircut looks stupid. Clearly he doesn’t care about his work. Although on the positive side, Randy was amazing but unfortunately he doesn’t work there

Negative experience: Avoid Carlos Alvarez at all costs. He finished my haircut and beard in 20 minutes. He was extremely aggressive with the trimmer tools and was rushing. He was very rough with the razor. I have sensitive skin and his beard work gave me a rash. He gave me a few cuts on my face and neck with the razor. I told him to be more gentle, but he refused to listen. He must’ve been angry that day, but that’s not excuse for how he cut my hair. Definitely not coming back!

Negative experience: My boyfriend just got a haircut at Dynasty. He asked for a trim on the top and a one on the side. Instead, the barber decided to just run the razor straight through his hair. Immediately his heart dropped and he told the barber to just give him a buzz cut. He had no other option. Never ever coming back to this place or recommending anyone

Negative experience: top to bottom, the experience was awful. first, dude was late. not a huge deal, but then he's still talking on his cell phone WHILE cutting my hair. Instead of hanging up, he stops ten minutes to finish the phone call before absolutely butchering my hair. I was trying to grow it out, so I told him, "just thin out the top and clean up the back & sides. Dude skin-fades both. Next, he starts shaving my face with barely any shaving gel. He can't figure out why the blade won't make it through my mustache so he abandons the razor and goes at it with a neck trimmer instead. Worst haircut of my life.
