I met the owner this morning bc I need a rush haircut and he didn’t hesitate super nice guy opens the store every day very early morning but keep in mind that they have appointments if you’re walking in you should ask first or call that way you don’t need to wait or make them to push the appointments. Negative experience: I’m deeply saddened to have to write a review about an establishment carrying such a prestigious name. Today, I visited my neighborhood barbershop to give it a chance for my son, but from the moment we walked in, we were not kindly welcomed. We were not acknowledged at all until I initiated the interaction and said hello. I completely understand that both barbers were engaged with clients and that delays happen. However, communication and basic courtesy still matter. I was only able to speak with the male barber, who informed me that the woman would assist my son once she was available, citing limited seating. I asked what would be a reasonable time for us to return, explaining that I planned to take my son next door for ice cream and come back when she was ready. At no point did the woman communicate with me directly. Initially, I believed there may have been a language barrier, but when I addressed her directly, she responded in English. At that point, I was taken aback by the lack of acknowledgment and respect. When I asked why there had been no communication, her response was hasty and defensive, stating, “I just got started,” as if I was expected to know the details of her schedule. As a business owner myself, I do not tolerate disrespect, and I firmly believe that quality service begins with clear communication and basic professionalism. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will be leaving a one-star review, and we will never know if the haircut itself lived up to the name Valhalla.

Negative experience: Based on the reviews I decided to give this place a chance. I spoke directly with the barber (Ernesto) in advance and provided him with sufficient pictures of the style that I wanted. Trusting that he is a "licensed professional" l assumed he would deliver on that. The haircut he gave me was terrible and uneven and it looked nothing like what I asked for. I expressed to him right on the spot that I was dissatisfied and his only response to me was that "he was human" giving no other solution to the problem that he created. If someone asks you for a specific cut and you aren't capable of doing it be upfront about it so they can go somewhere else! I called the following day to request a refund and he had someone else answer the phone and say he was not in the barbershop and to call back nearly 2 weeks later. I could tell he was there because I heard him in the background of the call as he was telling the person what to say. This place is very unprofessional, that was my first and last time ever stepping foot in there. If you want a bad haircut this place is for you.

Negative experience: Horrible Barber Shop!!! They charged me $40 for a bad haircut. The barber who cut my hair barely spoke English and didn't know what a number two guard size was on a hair clipper. He did a horrible line up too. Do yourself a favor and drive a few minutes and go to Top Notch Barber shop in Davie. They cut hair way better and are cheaper.
