Negative experience: Regular haircut is $30, but I set an appointment with a barber that had open availability the entire day and was up charged to $45 just for setting an appointment. Good haircut but charging 50% extra when you're not even booked up means you lost a customer.

Negative experience: This is to the owner please try and hire barbers with better customer service skills and at least the ability to feign a somewhat pleasant attitude. One of your barbers was sarcastic disrespectful and extremely dismissive when i was simply enquring about coming in for service. He also said hes not the owner and a bad review wont effect him in the slightest bit. Let me know if you want the screenshot. In conclusion if these are the types of barbers you have representing your establishment you may not be in business too long.

Fantastic experience: Adrian gave me a hair cut that deserves a 5/5 rating itself, while the whole environment of the shop deserves the same rating.
