She is very sweet, and I truly appreciate her years of experience with Black hair care. The shop itself is clean, professional, and welcoming—no smoking or foul language. Clients were in and out efficiently, getting quality cuts. I highly recommend Tiffany and the rest of the team for haircuts and overall hair care.

Negative experience: I made it very clear that I only wanted one inch taken off the top of my hair—nothing more—and instead they chopped off around 10 inches. I specifically said not to touch the top beyond that, yet they went ahead with what they wanted instead of what I requested. To make things worse, my eyelashes were cut… something I never even asked for or consented to. I can’t understand why anyone would do that without permission. This was a complete waste of my time and left me disappointed. If you want a haircut that matches exactly what you asked for, avoid this place. They do not respect instructions or client preferences.

Fantastic experience: Walt is amazing, trust me, he’s prob one of the best barber I’ve met in the US, especially if you have native/East Asian hair texture, like if it’s naturally spikey. A lot of barber don’t cut this kind of hair right, but he really know how to cut this kind of hair. Next time when I’m in Florida, he’s 100% my go to. It’s just amazing!!

Told me when I walked in there was no wait immediately and it looked like there was, so i sat down nervous because I had little time. Within 10 seconds Kevin ran in and gave me an excellent 0 fade. I told him I was short on time and he respected my wishes totally. Very skilled Barber. Family friendly too. No rough talk just good vibes. I can’t wait to return. Price was fair as well.

Fantastic experience: Old client of Shai from Hawai’i; I’ve written about her many times, so I’m happy to do it again. But to put it simply the passion she has for hair is truly inspiring. She started cutting my hair when she was just out of hair school maybe a year I believe. She was a great distance from me but talking to her online I really felt like it was worth the trip, and thankfully I was right. She is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, and she made an hour fly by. After the first visit I kept coming back for almost two years. She puts so much love and care into each cut. And she improves every time as she gets more and more comfortable. As time let on; it was less about me getting a cut but more allowing her to practice her creativity.
