Fantastic experience: Floyds has been nothing but great, I've never felt uncomfortable getting my haircut here. Hot towels are something I didn't know I needed during a cut, and the products they use on you are always a nice touch and high-quality. I've even purchased some items for my own haircare based on their recommendations, and it's definitely been a big help on my daily routine. If you're wondering who to book an appointment with, just book with Jess. Cleanest skin fade you've ever seen and is so easy to talk to. I always walk out feeling confident - and never walk in feeling nervous. Been going for 2 years now and don't plan on stopping!

Fantastic experience: Always welcoming and friendly. Have had some instances where they got me in early with a text message that there was time available! Thanks to all the staff and I live the fix it guarantee, but have never had to go back to use it!

Negative experience: This place went to hell when they became a chain. Used to be no scheduled appointments, only a 30-minute call ahead and then wait in line. This allowed the barbers to take the time they needed to get the cut just right. Now that they’re scheduling each cut as just 30 minutes, the barbers are rushing through and it results in significantly worse quality. I recommend any local barbershop with at least 45 minute appointments over any Floyd’s nowadays.

Fantastic experience: Michelle is my go to. Great advice on cuts and always takes her time to get it right. The westminster location is the best. I have been disappointed at other locations.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here since right before my wedding in 2019, and I can only remember one hair cut that I wasn't thrilled with. Usually fairly quick, though even with a reservation at busier times you may wait a bit (though still worth it! )

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love Floyd’s Barbershop in Westminster! I take both of my boys here, and every experience has been top-notch. Jennifer has been our go-to stylist for our oldest, and she is incredible—kind, patient, and so easy to talk to. My son genuinely looks forward to chatting with her, and she always listens carefully to what he wants and delivers the perfect cut every time. My younger son recently saw Julia, and she was fantastic as well! He’s super picky, but she managed to capture exactly what I had in mind while also keeping him happy with the result. That’s no easy task, and she nailed it. We drive out of our way to come to this location because the team here makes it worth it. I couldn’t recommend Jennifer, Julia, and the Floyd’s team more highly!

Negative experience: No walk-ins available for the whole day. Probably should put out that they are, in practice, not walk-in friendly

Negative experience: They were 25 minutes late for my appointment. I gave the description I’ve given stylists for 40 years. But it seemed we couldn’t communicate. The music was loud. Maybe that was it. I lost confidence and left. I was leaving in about a minute anyway because they were so late. Maybe you’ll love it. If you like loud music don’t have a schedule and know exact lengths of every section of your hair and guard sizes it should be fine.

Fantastic experience: Jen is awesome! I won't let anyone else cut my hair or wax my brows. It can be difficult to get a walk-in appt. but they have an app and a phone so you can schedule your appt. instead of waiting until the last minute and then complaining that you can't get a haircut. ;)

Negative experience: Among the least enjoyable haircuts I can remember. Stylist was visibly annoyed when I couldn’t precisely describe the basic haircut I wanted (nothing special, and I had them put in notes last time, but those weren’t helpful) and clearly wanted me out of his chair as quickly as possible (didn’t even blow dry the clippings out of my hair at the end). I’ll be looking for a new place to get a cut.

Fantastic experience: Cassie was extremely helpful and professional when it came to shaving my 74-year-old father. He is no longer able to shave himself, and I don't have the expertise to do so very well, so she was a huge help and patient in taking care of him. We will definitely be returning.

Negative experience: I have been going to floyds for 20 years. This was by far the worst customer service and cut EVER! believe the reviews dont waste your time HERE!

Negative experience: 0 for 4 trying to get a walk in appointment in the last 3-4 months months. Then when I finally schedule an appointment when possible, only to show up 15 minutes early just to wait 30 minutes without being helped. After completely wasting my time on 5 separate occasions trying to do business here I no longer see the point.

Negative experience: I have come away with hair cuts I would expect from great clips numerous times. I can’t in good conscience tell people to go here. I’ve had all of the barbers and only one was good. Not worth the money. Go somewhere else

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Total waste of time. I walked into Floyd’s at 2:15 PM and was told by the lady at the front desk that I’d be up next if the 2:20 appointment didn’t show. Well, 2:20 came and went—no sign of the guy—and instead of honoring her word, the lady at the front just swept the floor and stalled. Sure enough, the old guy strolls in 10 minutes late, and she welcomes him in with open arms while I’m still sitting there like a fool. When I asked what was going on, she gave me a completely different story about being booked solid on weekends and asked if I wanted to wait another 30 minutes to an hour “just in case” someone else didn’t show. Really? That’s how you treat walk-ins? Come on now. This place clearly has no respect for people’s time. They get by because of location or reputation, but customer service like this deserves to be called out. Maybe if they had a little competition nearby, they’d rethink how they treat paying customers. I walked out and won’t be back. Don’t waste your time here. They don’t care about their customers—you’re just a number to them, nothing more.

Negative experience: Last time I went my appointment was at 9am. Stylist didn't show until almost 10am. This time I tried a walk in appointment at 11:30am. No one available until 1:30pm because they were all out to lunch.

Negative experience: $50 for a basic buzz cut... my hair is less than 1".. stylist seemed put out that I asked him to rinse my hair after the cut.... 3 different stylist over the last 3 times... too much turnover, overpriced and underserved... after coming here 5 years, I think it's time to find a more stable stylist....

Negative experience: I can never get in, every time I call it's a burden that I need a haircut. Monday, Wednesday, Saturday it doesn't matter 10 am, 5 pm.

Fantastic experience: I have now seen several of the employees, excellent service each time. Everyone here is courteous and communicates well. Would recommend entering the parking lot from Reed Street, driving through the shopping area can be a nightmare.

Positive experience: The Floyd's 99 facilities have always been well kept , but the service will always depend on the barber as I've had good, mediocre and bad service. The cut is supposed to include a 'hot lather neck shave ' and a 'neck massage', but I can't recall a single time I received both, and rarely get either.

Negative experience: Several months ago I came here and got a good haircut. I came here again, got a rude and condesending lady with blonde, slightly curled long hair who didn't listen to anything I was saying and kept going against my wishes. I just wanted a short mens cut with keeping the side burns long, and showed a picture of a guy with folded over, even hair. She cut off the sideburns, kept scratching my skin, was condescending to me when I moved away when she cut too deep, and then left me with a little boy's cut that was triangle shaped like icecream. If youre gonna gamble with your hair like this, at least do it at a cheaper place, seeing as they don't seem to check to see if the stylists are professional or not.

Fantastic experience: Not your standard mom n pop barbershop vibe! Modern with music at a very discrete volume. Friendly and engaging staff whom we’re accommodating in my lack of knowing specifically what I wanted and being able to suggest something that worked out very well! I’ll be back time and time again whenever my hair needs cutting! Wonderful experience, start to finish!

Positive experience: Would be a 5 except price $50 for a man's cut and shampoo + $10 tip but you should definitely pay the $6 for a shampoo

He was very friendly and talked me through what he recommended to give me the best experience. Will be coming back and doing my best to do so regularly. Highly recommend him

Negative experience: I have been getting my haircut at this location for the past 5 years. Due to how busy this location is, I always book a reservation. For the past few months, I have shown up for my appointment 5-10 minutes early and each time have waited 20-30 minutes past my scheduled time to get my haircut. I never select a specific stylist, I always choose "Anyone". One time I was offered $5 off of my service due to the wait beyond my reservation. I scheduled a 5:40 appointment for this evening, due to heavy traffic (I work downtown and live in Westminster) and also taking the Express Lane which is $7.15, I was able to make it Floyd's at 5:44. I was denied service unless I chose to wait until the next available opening at 6:40pm. They have a brand new policy if you are 2-3 minutes late, you forfeit your appointment. This was not noted in any confirmation email or text I received. I expressed how long I have been a customer and the previous experiences I have had on waiting beyond my scheduled appointment, yet the stylist that would be scheduled to me walked up to the counter and also denied service for me, although she had just appeared to wrap up her previous client. This may be the final straw as I have been asking for the same haircut, yet leaving with different results most of the time. I will be looking for a new shop moving forward. It is unfortunate as they support T1D, which my daughter has, and I greatly appreciate the support and always donate to their fundraising efforts.

Fantastic experience: Being new to the area, I was referred to try Floyd’s in Westminster. Not only were they welcoming, my beautician (Victoria) was amazing!! The facility was clean, beautifully decorated, and great music! I was given advice for products but she wasn’t pushy for me to purchase. Scheduling online made it super convenient for my busy schedule. Floyd’s has earned a forever customer!!

Positive experience: Great choice of barbers but I feel like it's just a tad too expensive for the quality of cut. I used to spent around 45 on my last barber and charging 65 here for a lesser cut was not great. Good atmosphere though. I am not sure if I will come again.

Fantastic experience: The staff was highly qualified, and all 3 of my son's liked their hair immediately after we left (that's super rare!). Nice chill atmosphere. The only downside is the high prices...$140 (including tips) for 3 cuts that only took about 25 min each.

Fantastic experience: Got a very quick and good hair cut. It wasn't complex and the price was a bit high but this is not an easy job. I also don't get haircuts often so 45 dollars for a trim doesn't sting as bad for me.

Fantastic experience: Roseann is such a good barber. She takes her time and gives you the right razor fade haircut. If your not satisfied with your experience and the way she cuts your hair she will find a way to make it right before you even leave her chair or the Barbershop itself. Definitely a awesome and friendly atmosphere and all the stylists and barbers are super friendly and very professional at what they do. I definitely will be going back in the future to get my razor fade haircuts from Roseann at the Westminister location.

Fantastic experience: I felt right at home the moment I walked in. The design and overall vibe are excellent and the staff was very friendly and made sure I was being cared for. Oh yeah, i also got an amazing beard trim and undercut. I was nervous about getting an undercut after growing my hair for 2 years, but my stylist walked me through the options, found out what was best for me, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. 10/10 for sure, I highly recommend!

Negative experience: I just want to say up top that I’ve written very few reviews in my lifetime. It just hasn’t been a priority for me. Which is why I’m writing this 3-4 weeks after my haircut. I was hoping that it would get better with time. It hasn’t. This is still the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. The hair dresser started with taking two pieces of hair from each side and cutting them straight across. I assumed that she was going to blend my now very short bangs in with the rest. She them proceeded to cut 4-6 inches off that I’m assuming we’re supposed to be my layers. One side is 2 inches shorter than the other side. There is only one layer so the side that she cut short is 6-8 inches shorter than the rest of my hair on that side. Making it look like I have a bowl cut on one side. She never went back to blend anything. I have gotten good haircuts from Floyd’s, I went to them for years. I will never go back. Hiring someone without proper training or scheduling someone that was not experienced in the service I requested is a failure on management. I’m really not trying to be dramatic but I have lost confidence in public and I truly hate the way my hair is. I tipped her 20% because that is how I was raised but I don’t have that kind of money to where it doesn’t matter. If you’ve read this far, I hope you find credibility in this review and I highly suggest you do not go here.

Fantastic experience: Stephanie was absolutely fantastic. She was so warm and kind and just full of good vibes. The service was top notch. Reasonably priced. I have never had a haircut I really fell in love with but today I had a different story. I LOVE my hair and will be going to her from now on. Go see Stephanie!!!

Negative experience: Left with a crooked hairline when I asked to get it fixed lady says I am not a barber.When I looked in the mirror and realized it’s a terrible fade and even worse beard trim. I have been to Floyd’s in Thornton no problem but this one lol I wouldn’t recommend unless you are used to places like great clips because this is no different.

Fantastic experience: I called ahead and asked if anyone was excited to do a funky mullet, this location was able to see me the same day. Jennifer cut my hair and did an AMAZING job, very quickly. I was dealing with a haircut that was not growing out well and now it looks like a great combination of the pictures I brought in and what looks natural on my face. They used a combination of scissors and razor cutting to remove damage and layer my hair. After struggling to get exactly what I envisioned in the past I cannot say enough about my experience today.
