Fantastic experience: Called the shop close to closing time, I let them know what I was looking for. "Come through, I'll take of you." THATS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED!!! I was greeted with a handshake, smiles & great vibes!! The fade on my beard was exactly what I was looking for!! My guy, U, did the best fade on my beard!!! I FINALLY FOUND A SPOT THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING WHEN IT COMES TO FADES, BEARDS & MORE!!! GO SEE THE AMAZING GROUP OF BARBERS THAT WORK IN THIS SHOP, ASAP!!! Thank you again!!!

Negative experience: Went to get a beard trim prior to my brother's wedding but left with a skin grafted face. Whatever was used for my cheek line felt more like a paint scraper than a razor. My face was in pain for the next three days and was so red that family kept asking me what was wrong with my face. My choice of barber, that's what! Completely humiliating! As far as the rest, the barber did everything I asked her not to do, and made sure I was facing away from the mirror so I didn't know until it was too late. Took a closer look when I got to my car and was LIVID. Didn't have time to go back the same day, and when I went to get a refund after getting back, this joker had the audacity to LAUGH ME OFF! I don't know what all of those trophies are for, but I'm sure none of them are for professionalism. My beard deserves better, and so does yours!

Negative experience: I asked the barber for a haircut called an undercut. He didn’t know what that was. I showed him a picture. He didn’t understand. He offered me a different type of haircut instead. I declined and left.

His last hair cut the owner of the shop got down on his knee to even play with my son while getting his hair cut and you just don’t see people like that, that care. Fantastic experience: I have always seen this barber shop and wanted to try it out, I had a different barber shop cut my hair and they butchered it and declined to do a simple cross design. I called gold society and from the moment they answered the phone they had outstanding customer service and so friendly. They got me in chair the moment I came In and cleaned up my haircut and did the design all within 10 minutes. I highly recommend ylisses he was by far the best barber I have ever had. I’m now a Life time customer.

Fantastic experience: Easily the best Barbershop I've been to since I've moved to Colorado in 2009. All the barbers are great! I usually select "Any Available Provider" when scheduling my haircut so it's always a different barber. I have never left disappointed.

I have been in Jasmyn’s chair every time and she is a top quality barber. But all you have to do is watch the heads going out the door to see that every chair is on point. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Negative experience: Not reliable!! I assume this is a management issue since they have stylists continuously calling out and canceling appointments. This has happened twice with Dominic and the second time was an appointment for my sibling with Autism, appointment cancelled without consent and didn’t reschedule us. Horrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Negative experience: Not happy with my husband's haircut. He isn't either. Both sides don't match, and even the outline on both sides is different. His beard is uneven and chopped up looking. His hair was going to be left alone on top even though we explained his hairstyle before the cut and what he wanted and everything. I went to cosmetology school and would have cut his hair myself but we just had a baby a couple days before so had to find someone else to do it. Wish we would've went somewhere else just. Good thing I told the guy to stop cutting just in time so I could make corrections when we got home. Good thing it grows fast and I was able to correct what I could. Won't ever be going there again.
