Fantastic experience: I didn’t take Baze this time, but he saw Kristen or Kristy (sorry, I can’t recall) but she did AMAZING, and Baze is super picky and he said he wants to go back to her every single time! I’m so relieved to have finally found someone that he’s happy with!!! Thank you so much! See you in a week or so!

Negative experience: They had me in 3 different chairs for a beard trim and lining messed up my beard and charged 80 dollars never go here

Negative experience: I went to this location for about 6yrs. Stopped going in 2023 due to inconsistent and poor experiences. I also got tired of listening to the staff complaining about being at work. I went back 11.11.25 after calling from the parking lot to ask if they could take me as a walkin. They couldn't, no problem so I made the earliest possible reso for 12pm. I got there 10min early not to inconvenience anyone. Waiting for my appointment after checking in two gentleman walk in seperatly and ask the same questions about walk in services. They both went to the open chairs....soooo I jumped through your hoops and you still can't honor an appointment time? Im there early. I patiently wait. My appointment time comes and goes. 10min later you take 2 seperate walkins. What's the point? Great customer retention

Fantastic experience: Amanda is the best I’ve had there. She listens to what you want and executes perfectly. Recommend her if you want a quick and efficient haircut with some nice conversation while she works her magic. Love the cupcake smelling product she recommends for my hair. Bought some last time I went in.

Negative experience: Overall, my haircut was fine and my time with my hairstylist was normal. However, I believe the employees carried themselves in an unprofessional manner. Before my haircut, two of the employees began to argue in front of customers and then went into the back and began to yell at each other using foul language. It was very unprofessional. I will not be returning.

Negative experience: 9 minutes late and they refused to seat me. There was one other customer in the store and, apparently, they let my stylist go to the grocery store down the street instead of tending to a customer. Wild policy. Guess they hate money.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this location for years. I make reservations so it rarely wait more than 5 minutes. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Demi cuts both mine and my son's hair and we're always happy with the results. I know it's a chain, but the staff here make it seem like it's a mom and pop barber shop and the longevity of the stylists tell you how good they are at what they do.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this shop for 13 months, and Amanda has been 10/10 for me the entire time. I actually moved about 4 months ago and live closer to a different Floyd’s location, but I have no intention of switching shops or stylists. The extra 10 minutes on the drive is worth it for Amanda’s cut!

Negative experience: My Son has prom next week and graduation in a couple of weeks.. His hair is very uneven with a full on “ledge” in the back that was not blended and he came home with Band-Aids on his neck. Somehow, he still paid for this haircut, but I’ll be contacting Floyd’s ASAP. Ridiculous!

Negative experience: Was rally ready to check one of these out. Made an about for 1 and they called me that Amanda is running late and asked to do 1:30. No problem but then I get there and about 1:37 I figured I’d just leave at this put and then I see the hair stylist smoking and chatting away outside. I walk back in to let whoever know to cancel due to wasting my time. I go to my car and sit for a couple more minutes and still just chatting away. So oblivious I was able to snap a pic slowly driving by.

Negative experience: Came in for a basic kids fade and they said not only can they not cut that in 30 minutes (when they stated 15 minutes after our appointment) but they need 45 minutes to an hour and it’s twice the price. Talked about the cut for 10 minutes before they said we need to reschedule. No thanks, never again.

Negative experience: Very poor experience. This is my haircut after 2 days. The razor burn is painful and my fiance found this CUT across the back of my neck from the razor shave. The photo doesn't do it enough justice. When you run your fingers across you can feel a scar. As for the quality of the haircut- 1 out of 5. The blend on my fade is horribly uneven and I have small cuts/nicks on the side of my head. I know I'm only one customer in a massive pool of opportunities for haircuts, but this is unacceptable. My hair was cut by Amanda.

After receiving a call from the shop saying they were canceling my appointment that I have set with any stylist on their app. After asking to speak with a manager, I was hung up on. When I called back to ask for a managers number, I was hung up on again.

Negative experience: I've been coming here for a few years, and have been happy for the most part. My last experience here was pretty bad though. I was in the chair for less than 15 minutes, and was charged $33 for the cut - which came to $40 with my usual $7 tip. And I was less than impressed with the stylist, she was very flippant and not at all personable. Plus they play their music ridiculously loud. So I finally decided to move on to another shop in town (Print), and am so glad I did.

Negative experience: I tried this barber 3 times, with 2 different barbers. The first two cuts were "ok", and the most recent one is just bad. I went in for a standard cut, short on the sides and back, longer on the top, blended in, and a beard lineup and trim. The first thing that happened when I explained what I was looking for was the barber took a look at my uncut hair and said "I don't know where you got your hair cut last time, but they didn't do a good job. It's significantly longer on the right side of your head then it is on the left." I didn't have the heart to tell them that they cut my hair last time. The haircut itself is... I don't know what it is. It's not nearly as short on the sides/back that I asked for, too much was taken off the top, and it feels like nothing was done to style it other than "cut the hair", because I have no idea how to comb it or style it now that I'm home and showered to make it look even slightly decent. Seriously considering just buzzing it. The beard was extremely crooked and wasn't cut to the same length. Hair on the left is noticeably longer than on the right, and along the neck it was just a wave of different shapes, crooked and not lined up even slightly. I had to fix it myself when I got home to make it straight and even. And finally are the abrasions. I have scrapes and cuts at my neck along my beard line, and when I showered after I got home the soap was PAINFUL at the back of my neck, I confirmed with my husband after that my neck had multiple cuts and scrapes along it. For $50 (plus tip) I would have at least expected a hair cut and beard trim that I wouldn't have to fix myself... at most expected a cut and trim I was happy with. But I honestly feel like I could have cut my own hair with the same if not better results. Or just gone to supercuts, saved myself $30, and probably left happier. I gave them 3 attempts though, "ok" or "bad" every time.

Negative experience: Got a terrible haircut here for the second time in a row. Neither of the two "barbers" listened very well and cut twice as much off as I asked for. I would have expected this kind of a cut from a fantastic Sam's or something but not here where they're charging $30 a cut. I have had great service in the past but this lady time I got a cut from Amee and just forgot what she was doing or something. What's worse is that when I came in I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time because this little blonde girl, can't forget her name, she isn't listed as a barber on the website anymore, refused to take my appointment after her and the girl working the front desk gossiped about the previous cut for 15 minutes. I wanted to like this place like I used to but the quality has gone down. Add I said the last two cuts I went in there for were just not what I asked for and I'm not gonna pay $30 for $15 haircut. Also, I tried to contact the manger via the website but they just blew me off, this place anxiously doesn't care about their customers or the shoddy work they do

Fantastic experience: The team at Floyds 99 Arvada, 64th & Ward Rd is GREAT!! They take care of us so we’ll. This is the second time my son has donated his hair and they are helpful, knowledgeable, and make him look good. We will continue to return!! Fantastic experience: If you want the best haircut around, ask for tru with the blue hair. He’s been a barber for over 20 years, and the experience definitely shows. By far one of the best cuts I’ve ever had.

Positive experience: The shop did a great job with both a clean haircut and being time efficient. Just like any Floyd's shop, the anesthetic inside was vibrant. Make sure to make a reservation as they don't do walk-ins.

Amee spent more time on my eyebrows than they spend on the entire haircut! Floyd's and Amee are now my go to for haircuts! And I live an hour and a half away! Thanks Amee... Negative experience: Took my son in for a haircut and showed the stylist a picture of how we wanted my sons haircut to be cut and styled and the stylist completely butchered his hair. He was so upset and I would never recommend this place.

Negative experience: Hands down worst haircuts I've recieved from a Floyd's. Went in for a trim and side burns and back was really uneven. Went back 15 mins later to get it fixed and the manager noticed it right away so she sat me with someone else. The cut is super short (different from what i asked). I've been growing my hair out for a couple of months now I have to start all over. I tried to save the cut by asking for a bald low fade but they said they only have 1 barber and they're out. Everyone else is cosmetologist. I was really confused considering this was Floyd's BARBERSHOP. I'll be finding a barbershop tomorrow to get that low bald fade. Definitely won't be going to this Floyd's ever again. The stylist was also telling me how Floyd's corporate is moving to 20 min appointments (instead of the 30 mis they get now) so they'll have to rush all their cuts starting Monday. If that does happen It'll be the last time I go to a Floyd's.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Floyd’s for years and currently see Amee (as do 4 other family members and counting!) She Always does an Amazing job! I’ve Never been disappointed with her haircuts, coloring, & styling! Plus she has a Warm, Delightful, and overall Wonderful personality which obviously makes the experience more fun and enjoyable! She goes above and beyond every time, plus the entire staff is friendly, they all work like a family and the atmosphere is always welcoming and cheerful! I won’t go anywhere else! I know those of my family who see her feel the same way too! I Highly recommend going to Floyd’s and requesting Amee! If you happen to unfortunately miss her their entire staff is extremely talented so I’ve no doubt you’ll be in excellent hands either way! You’ll have a Great experience and you’ll walk out feeling happy, confident, & will look forward to coming back!
