Positive experience: T is the reason we will keep coming back, she gets 5 stars. However, this is the 3rd time we've gone (different people each time) and every other time, the stylist did what they wanted instead of listening to the request. Before T, my son would leave in tears of frustration that he wasn't listened to. After T, my son left feeling proud of his haircut. Thanks T!

Fantastic experience: I don't have complicated hair, don't care for style on me or others, don't much care about the atmosphere of a place that I'm in. That being said, this place was pretty cool. Very nice people that seem to know hair and people. I'm sure you'll love the atmosphere and the music and the people. Go try them out, you won't regret it! Twice the price of what I think my haircut is worth but that's okay, it doesn't take long to get there and that makes it worth it to me.

Negative experience: Appointment at 3:00pm and walked in at 3:05pm. She checked me in and told me it will be just a minute. I hung my hat and took my jacket off and waited a couple minutes. They called me back over and said it is now 3:08pm. They can no longer see me as they have other clients.

Negative experience: I’m on as usual. I use the 50% off promo code. When I went there for the appointment I checked in no problem. I finished my haircut and went to bed. They charge me full price to the girl. She said there was nothing she could do and her supervisor. Supervisor said there was nothing she could do because I could not show them the actual email showing the 50% off. I know it be because as a supervisor she can overwrite things on their system. They have my email address. I have my phone number so obviously in the system. I am currently under therapy so my hair is very thin now. I used to get my haircut every six weeks now it’s about every three months. What they effectively done besides a customer is they also different away from my hairstylist. Because I was gonna give herthe other 50% of what it normally would’ve cost for that air gun. It is not. Because they refused to their 50% off promotion my hairstylist cost $17 tip in the business the customer.

Negative experience: Took my son in there yesterday so we both could get a fade. One of the worst cuts I've had, I should have known better. My barber didn't give me what I asked for, she was done in 20 minutes, and it was the same for my son. That is EXACTLY why I stay out of corporate barbershops! Looks like I'll be wearing hats for the next 3 weeks....

Negative experience: Just left. I want to be clear: haircut was fine. I was in and out in under 5 minutes as I only ever get a small undercut as I have long hair. First time I ever been charged $35 for what is typically a $15 dollar neck trim. I'll just do it myself I guess

Fantastic experience: It was easy to schedule an appointment and Alli was great. She explained why my hair had grown out the way it had from a previous haircut somewhere else and listened to what I hoped for this next time. She was nice and created a welcoming environment. Positive experience: Just worked with Will and would recommend it. Excellent stylist with plenty of experience and good communication. I do have to say that I'm just not sure I got my value of $65 after tip for a basic men's cut and beard trim. I did get a good cut and a super quick beard trim, but dang, shampoo and such used to be included. The appointment got started about 10 min late (saw a walk-in get sat before me even though I'd made an appointment), but that's just circumstance. My only real complaint is my hard part. I acknowledge that the more a barber/stylist cuts your hair, the better it gets, but I've walked away from Great Clips and Sport Clips with a much cleaner part, so not quite sure what happened. Will still 100% be back! Thanks Will

Negative experience: Two people behind the counter can talk and snicker the whole time but can’t cut hair. Booked a time and had to wait over 20 minutes still not calling me up. And people come in and they grab them over 6 men came in and they helped them before me. I was there for my appointment time and upheld my end by being there on time and the way I was treated was wild. I went in my work clothes so maybe I didn’t look up to their standards. Never going here again.

Negative experience: Had an appointment for 4:45. The lady that was supposed to cut my hair was already cutting someone's hair. No problem. At 5pm the counter lady said she is about done. I waited another 10 minutes and it looked like she was no where close to being done. I walked up to the counter and told them I was leaving. With two staff not doing anything you think they would ask if they could cut my hair. They just asked if I wanted to reschedule. Nope, never again.

Fantastic experience: Jackie always gives me an excellent haircut. She asks the right questions to make sure that I will be happy with the result.she checks in throughout the haircut to make sure we are on the same page, which is probably why I always leave the experience feeling so great! She is good at small talk and it does not feel forced. If we sit in silence for a bit, that is always okay too. She seems happy to meet me where I'm at.

Negative experience: It's been a couple of days since my trim i was charged 50dollars for. I was charged for a mid length haircut and I barely feel like I got a haircut. 50 dollars is wild for not even a haircut. Everytime I got here I show pictures of what I want and the stylist just don't listen to me.

Negative experience: my gf got probably the worst cut ever here. if you are looking for fades don’t come here. she’s tried for a couple of months here and through a couple different barbers, but no one can do them she had inspo pictures and even previous photos of her hair and it was bad! $45 for 15 minutes in the chair

Positive experience: It was a much better experience than the last time I went. I'm not remembering the lady's name who helped me, but she gave me a haircut and a great beard trim and shape. I'm thinking Jessica or Jennette. No, I'm pretty sure it was Jackie. A shorter dark-haired woman in her late 20s, early thirties, perhaps. She went above and beyond. I'll definitely ask for her next time.

Fantastic experience: Came to this location in Northglenn with a reservation, was greeted by staff, and sat right down on the chair after a two-minute wait. Haircut for son for back-to-school day. Stylist was friendly and helpful, and rinsed out hair after the haircut as well. Laid back atmosphere of salon adds to the good overall experience. Recommended!

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. I went for a walk in for my son , they had nothing available so I scheduled an appointment for the following day . After getting there and checking in I waited 15 minutes for them to tell me they-couldn’t give my son a simple fade with a hard line that a barber to do it and it would be 15 more minutes.After waiting again they told me no barber was available and they would have to reschedule. Fantastic experience: I truly did have a good experience, unfortunately my purple highlights only lasted 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend this place for men's cuts, I take my kids to Floyd's. It could be that my hair doesn't accept fun colors, who knows. It wasn't worth what I paid sadly.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Will C. I wasn’t sure what I wanted—just needed my hair cleaned up—and it’s easily one of the best cuts I’ve had. Additionally, I am Deaf with cochlear implants, so typically I take them off for the entire haircut, meaning I can’t talk with whoever is cutting my hair. Will adapted to that situation and had me keep my cochlears on for the majority of the haircut so we could talk. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting a haircut.

Negative experience: Son needed a cut. He was a walk in and I guess these barbers don’t wanna be late to their scheduled appt cuts. My one son haircut took 8mins at different location! about 5x the wait for these ladies sitting in their chair looking at their phones waiting for their next schedule appt. to arrive! I’m like my guy he is here lol. We waited 40mins then left! These barbers are now high power Gods! No respect and Rude! Thanks appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: The staff were very friendly despite the difficult staffing situation they were in, The receptionist/front desk operator (I wish I had gotten their name to put in this review as they were nice) was very professional and upfront about the staffing shortage that they were experiencing at the moment causing the delay in appointment start times however they were very apologetic and professional offering to reschedule to a different time that day or a later date in the future. And Marissa was an excellent stylist and gave a great haircut and beard trim! I hope the management gives these two individuals some form of recognition and or compensation as they went above and beyond in troubling circumstances.

Positive experience: Wasn't the Floyd's experience I'm used to. Started by showing a picture of the cut I wanted. The haircut I got doesn't really look like the picture. I don't hate it, but it misses the mark. The barber charged me for a hair wash. The pricing menu says a hair wash is a 3 minute massaging wash. Mine was not that, maybe half that and no massage. They advertise their famous shoulder massage all over the salon but there was no evidence they did that anymore either. I don't know if it was an off day, but I don't know if it's worth going back.

Negative experience: Theyre super friendly! my concern is that its $50 for a haircut. I walked in and didnt know what I wanted so i asked the hairstylist for advice. she did the best she could with the advice… ended up only cutting like two pieces of hair… and I paid $50. having my hair look the same is pretty disappointing

Negative experience: I usually get my haircut here, while I understand it can get busy I've never been outright turned away from a haircut. As a veteran and now formal regular customer, I'll take my business elsewhere. Being notified that nothing is available an hour after opening till that afternoon, when I work is terrible for business as I can wait even up to an hour usually for a haircut. I'm usually extremely patient and can wait till a spot is available. But being told that they have nothing available for any walk ins looking for a simple high and tight fade is crazy. Thank you guys for all your past cuts but I'll take my business to other places.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best experience I've ever had getting my hair cut. The guy who cut my hair was Will, he was so chill and we had a great conversation. On top of that he gave me the absolutely best haircut I've ever had in my life. Negative experience: I've always enjoyed Floyd's but today I had a bad experience. My stylist had to ask me repeatedly what I wanted and after telling them several times they still didn't get it right. They did say I could come back to fix it which didn't give me much confidence with the outcome. It wasn't even close to the length on top and the sides were done ok but overall, I feel I need to get this touched up after the fact. I'm not really picky about my hair style but this was truly a bad outcome after years of coming to this company but not this branch.

Fantastic experience: Will, you are a hair wizard! I needed a trim and was desperate to just get my dead ends off. My son goes here and I was reluctant because I usually go to high end salons but it’s what was available on whim. I decided to just show Will a picture of what I fantasized my hair to be assuming it wouldn’t be possible or it would get hacked. “I know the cut, I got you!” And the man delivered. I haven’t been in love with a haircut like this in over 5 years. As long as you’re in the Denver area you’ve got me as a client. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Chrissy was my stylist today and I could not have ended up in better hands. First she was polite, professional and on time. She paid such attention to detail when cutting my hair and creating the fade. I have found my new go to hair stylist at Floyd’s. I highly recommend her especially if you want a sharpe , precise, haircut and a stylist that pays attention to your hair, any irregular calyx you might have. I was just so thoroughly impressed. And I’m a tough customer to impress. I’m always looking to change my hair and am one of those customers that brings in the photo. Thank you Chrissy you are the best at what you do for sure. Negative experience: I typically go to floyds because it's usually a safe bet on a place to get a good haircut, neck shave and massage. However, on my last visit to this location it was not up to floyds or my own standards. The lady that cut my hair was rushing the haircut the whole time just to get me out the door and it wasn't busy at all. My favorite part about floyds is the neck shave but this time it was much different, no shaving cream or straight razar, she just used the trimmers and they ended up giving me razer burn all over my neck and it was visually obvious and very uncomfortable for several days after. Then when I got home i ended up having to finish the haircut as there were many places missed around my ears and even some sections of hair completely missed in the front of my hair where I had hair about 1 inch longer than the rest. When I get a haircut i expect to look finished but my hair was all different lengths in areas it shouldn't have been and my neck had red lines all over it from the razar burn, I looked like a fool walking out of there. I wish I would have noticed before I got home but I trusted that the stylist did what I was expecting, big mistake. I pay good money and always leave good tips for my stylist but this was one time where I felt it was a waste of money and wish i could get my money back. I will not be going back to this location and if I do decide to go to floyds again I'll make the 30 min drive to downtown where I know I'll always get proper service.

Fantastic experience: To get to the point “T” is simply a great hair stylist. I second guessed writing this review largely due to the thought it will make it harder for me to book with her in the future if I let the secret out, but Like any artist she prides herself in providing a great product in the end that the client will walk away happy with, and her professionalism is top tier. So the secret is out, if you choose to go to Floyd’s in Northglenn get your hair cut or styled by “T”, you won’t be sorry.

Negative experience: What a trash hair cut. There is zero fade going on between clipper lengths. From waking in to walking out was 12 minutes. If I wanted to be butchered like this I would have gone to super great sports cuts and paid $13 not $40+. Was rushed through the chair, no attention to detail, no quality, but still full price. People came to Floyd's and paid more for the quality. Floyd's is now just overcharging for the same bottom tier 10 minute haircut. Don't book here. Just don't. Save your time, money, and shame of a bad haircut.

Negative experience: I read these reviews on the employees , some of the complaints have nothing to do with the employees control .. 20 min haircuts? I thought Floyd's had high standards , I thought they were "better", than great clips and sport clips. Putting pressure on your employees like that , they have to hear the complaints from the customer, the corporate office don't care what the employees go through has long as they make that money.. So before you write another review on an employee stop and think , is this something they can change? Reading the responses from the office they don't have their employees back. Be kind .. ..

Negative experience: The front desk chic was extremely rude and I got overcharged when I was told there's no way that anybody should be charged $42 to shave the sides of someone's head, that's what I got charged. Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the service I was receiving today I was told they are excepting walk-ins because they were booked on appointments upon my arrival I was told that they weren’t going to be able to cut my hair because they’re not excepting walk-ins. If I was told it on the phone, I wouldn’t have wasted my time or my gas driving down there just to get told something different than I was told on the phone. The person I was bringing with me will now not come back to get his haircut as this was a bad experience for him.

Negative experience: Made an appointment for 3:00. Show up at 2:40 and apparently whoever we spoke to on the phone gave us the wrong time and rather than take responsibility for their mess up we had to wait until 3:30 to be seen and Amy at the front desk was extremely rude about it, very snotty and unprofessional. We will not be returning to this location. She needs to learn how to speak to customers and fix her attitude. I would literally get fired from my work if I spoke to someone the way she spoke to my husband and I. Not happy at all.

Fantastic experience: I love getting my hair cut here, and Halie is awesome! The first time, she listened to my hair concerns. (Fine hair, easy breakage) I've gone to her 3 times now, and every time she is so careful and doesn't tease my hair or use heat. My hair has never looked or felt better!

Negative experience: The worst service ever, my husband and I walked in this afternoon. I asked if we needed to make an appointment and was told walk-ins were welcomed, I signed him up and the wait time was "30 min" so we decided to wait. Other people walk in without an appoinment after we signed in and they were called before us.We were talking in Spanish and started to notice the employees kept looking at us as if we were from a different planet! We decided to leave since we were very uncomfortable. Never thought I would experience racism at this level. Shame on you!

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience and a great hair cut. I guess my hair was longer than I thought as it cost me a bit more than I was planning to spend but for the quality and look of my hair I would gladly pay it again. I really needed a cut to go to some important interviews and my stylist didn't disappoint. They are one of the only barbershop's that are open after 6:30pm when I get off of my job, so kudos to them for helping their customers a bit later in the evening. I also really enjoy going to Floyd's as it is a consistent experience no matter the location or which stylist you get, but I will be returning to this location for sure.

Negative experience: FALSE ADVERTISEMENT- This place closes at 9 and we walked in at 730. How does the website/front door say “walk-in” welcome yet they are booked for the day and can’t take us in because they are booked? It takes 2 hours two cut 2 people?? Horrible place. If we had to make an appointment prior to coming then the website should say that. We drove from Brighton to the Thornton location.

Negative experience: They will get you in quickly, if they can. That’s great. I went in to get my undercut shaved. The charged me for an entire buzzcut. The girl who did it was rude, rushed, and ran the razor through my long hair, causing me to lose so much hair. It was sad. I left an internal review, they called, told me to schedule weeks ahead with other “good stylists” to be taken care of. I don’t need a stylist, I just need someone to shave an undercut - and to not take off the rest of my hair doing it. They didn’t offer to make it right monetarily, and I still think it is unfair to charge a full buzzcut prices for an undercut. Really disappointing.

Negative experience: Was told to show up by 730. Which I did just to have the same person who answered phone tell me no upon arrival at 724. Granted I did not have an appointment but come on you tell me yes we can get you in. Then that’s what I expect. Super upset. Super upset. Not Only cause I Ubered here. Which is why I called and asked 3 times over and over.

Negative experience: Had a haircut for both of my sons today. Had to pay more for one haircut because of a headliner?? When the other haircut was looking100% better not satisfied . I can see if the headliners have put out better haircuts but that is not the case. Thank you David for hooking my kid up I’d happily would of paid you more.

Negative experience: My appointment was for a head shave and a detailed beard trim. The intake person greeted the customer before and after me, so I sat down to wait. This irritated the intake person, because they had to ask me for the information that I had tried to give when I came to the desk. My barber was 10 minutes late, which was fine. Things happen. I told the barber that I wanted a fairly aggressive taper from the corner of my jaw to my chin, and pantomimed the angle. I asked for the cheeks to get cleaned up. I wanted the mustache trimmed so that I was no longer in my mouth. I wanted the rest of the beard to get trimmed. The barber cut off 2/3 of my beard. My neck has electric shaver irritation, which i didn't ask for. The head shave has given me razor burn. I regret that I have to give a star to leave a review.

Negative experience: Called and asked if anyone can do a good fade and was told yes that wouldn't be a problem. And then a lady with all blue messed up my hair. She left patches of long hair all over and only did half of my line up‍♂️
