Fantastic experience: Sergio is truly incredible!!! Did a great job on my haircut! Loved that he took time to listen to what I wanted and needed. He deliver On all my requests and went above and beyond to texture, style, and use the straight razor! Would highly highly recommend dapper barbershop and Sergio especially!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Sergio has been cutting my hair for a little over a year and half and I always receive what I want I never leave the chair unhappy if your in need of a haircut definitely go to Sergio you’ll be happy! Sergio cut my 8 year old son's hair giving him a professional cut, he was focused, detailed on the haircut and was patient with my son. I would recommend him to anyone, if you want a great cut a step up from kiddie shops Dapper Barbershop is great. Ask for Sergio he was great and precise.

Fantastic experience: I've been to Dapper Barbership a few times, but I had my best experience today. My barber was Bobby N at the OCC location. He asked questions and clarified multiple times to make sure I got what I wanted, and this was the best experience as far as getting what I wanted. He was quiet and focused while I got the haircut, which I could appreciate. On top of this, the results were even fiancé-approved, so I'll be back before the wedding. I hope this is a new favorite sound.

She was very clear in her communication and was able to give me the trim I had wanted! Desi always does an excellent job and communicates with her customers very clearly! Fantastic experience: This place is great I was looking for a new barbershop after work it was getting late most barbershops were closed but this one had 40 minutes until close so I called in and Sergio picked up one of the barbers there he got me in no problem. When I arrived he was the only one there still working till close he is also really friendly and really talented would recommend him for a haircut.

Negative experience: Went there to get a cut before college started up again. Ask for a taper blowout and he said that was easy, I guess it wasn’t. He is cutting my hair and half way through the barber right next to us stops cutting his costumers hair to coach my barber through my hair cut. After that when he finished he gave me the mirror and I almost cried, he gave me the shortest skin fade of my life when I specifically asked him not to fade it super short. So I gave him back the mirror trying to not break down because of how bad he made me look, when I turn around and I’m hit with a 50 dollar charge and a unskippable tip for 15%. I ran to my car so that way no one would see me and how bad he made me look and right before school too. Now every time I see my reflection I want to shrivel up and die because of how disgusting the cut is. DO NOT GO HERE.

Fantastic experience: Got trimmed up by Mr. Joe. He's a very nice person and he's conversational and easy going. The atmosphere he created is light, there was great music. He's been doing my hair for a little over a year now and trims me up great every time. Just ask for what you want he and can trim to perfection. He does some great hair designs too.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place! Very trendy! Take my 16 year old son and 4 year old grandson there and they love the atmosphere. Also you can’t forget about the cute, friendly dog. Our family won’t go anywhere else!

Negative experience: Needed a cut when on vacation. I like a clean classic cuts with a straight razor line up. So I was pleasantly surprised I found a barber shop out of town that "CLAIMED" (key word) to specialize in this practice. So, i called in was told i can just walk in and get a nice line up plus desgin for $45. When i arrived i was happy at first till, I was used as a guinea pig. My barber was very cordial however was not qualified for what I was asking for. He even mentioned that someone else would do the design and that he was experienced. Then after waiting 10 mins after initial cut for the only barber able to do designs to come up and say that my current barber could take this one. All he told the man was its a simple design and do alternating Ls. No straight razor was ever used. Design was filled in within 2 weeks. I paid $60 plus a $10 tip. When I got back to town I went to my local barber. $26 dollars whole new cut and designs plus massage. Bobby is a good dude but if he ain't comfortable doing designs then don't. Dude took a picture n I highly doubt it was posted. Im a nice guy so I paid should've just walked out tbh. It didn't seem like they treated the regulars or locals that way. Maybe its cause I mentioned I was out of town. I visit colorado springs frequently however I will never come back to any "Dapper Barber" establishment again. A successful business begins with honesty if you can't provide the customer with what they want then be honest. I'd rather have them ask if I was comfortable with him practicing on me then saying just go for it.

Fantastic experience: I went there my first time and got Bobby. I’m from the south and was very apprehensive about getting a high fade. Especially in a military town, they don’t know how to leave enough for style. He was perfect. I went back a second time on short notice and got Sergio, and he gave me an outstanding cut. And then he cut my 12 year old son’s hair, and honestly I was jealous. Every barber in this place knows what they are doing. Joe is hilarious. It’s a good time, never felt more at home. You won’t be disappointed

Negative experience: Most uneven, messed up haircut I've ever had. Asked for a fade with short on top so I could do something with it. It's uneven and nothing like what I asked for. Checked my fringe this morning and there's parts with about a half inch difference. There's nothing I can do with this hair cut other than get it fixed by another barber. Don't get me wrong, the vibe was good and the guy was nice but I spent $50 on a hair cut and now I need to spend another $50 to get it fixed. Don't waste your time or money, go somewhere else

Fantastic experience: Ask for Joe First barber to actually help me out with finding a style that works for me. Made conversation meaningfully and in a super welcoming way, and even gave me some advice. The shop is very intimate and the staff seem like more than just coworkers. Good music, lighting, chairs, etc. The haircut was just as good. The sanitation, collaboration, result, time, symmetry etc. was perfect.

Ienn and others really take their time and you can tell they are passionate about their work. and also, i really appreciate that Ienn is available for my appointment at the time of my appointment, very good time management.

Fantastic experience: I went in before a job interview to get a haircut with Dapper Barber- I had never been there before. As soon as you walk in, all the barbers are very conversational and laugh a lot. The atmosphere is light, there was great music playing and even a friendly dog. Bobby cut my hair and this is one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten. If you have a big occasion coming up, I would highly recommend stopping by here, I’ll definitely be going back.

Negative experience: Very disappointed about what happened to me in this voice today I guess I didn't explain myself with 100% accuracy I go in with a very long goatee and come out looking like a clean cut pretty boy... Make sure and give a 1000% explanation as to what you want cuz all I said was I want sides of my face mask with and now like I said my goatee is gone very disappointed

Fantastic experience: I went to Dapper during my visit to Colorado Springs. I knew it was going to be pricey ($50) but I needed a haircut I could be pleased with. That’s exactly what I got and then some! My barber was Gabriel. He was polite and interesting. When he was finished and I looked into the mirror I was astounded! This was the best haircut that I have had in my 76 years on this earth. . Thank you Gabriel! When my significant other saw me the 1st thing she wanted to do was take my picture. She too was impressed with the cut. Thank you Gabriel! I have no problem deciding where I will get my next haircut in Colorado Springs!

Fantastic experience: Dapper is my new go-to barber shop. Mackenzie (Bubbanut) does an awesome hair cut. A friend recommended him to me and now I won't go to anyone else for barber services. The shop is clean and has a great atmosphere. Mackenzie knows how to give you the best style you're looking for, gives no BS hair feedback, and makes the hour go by with entertaining conversation and banter. My hair still looks fresh for a month after and his hair product recommendations are also good, this barber work has upped my hair hair quality. Definitely recommend

Negative experience: Pretty mad about paying $50 to someone who would call this a fade. Haley S did a terrible job cutting my son’s hair. She left his hair so choppy & not blended. We gave her a pic for reference & told her to trim just a little bit off the top. She cut off wayyyyy more than “just a little”. Never spending another dime in this place again.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful customer service. I did not utilize services, however. I did walk in and was impressed with the quality of the studio and customer service. After asking 5+ local businesses, inculding ones in the shared strip mall as well as the main the strip for the ability to use the bathroom, this was the ONLY business that kindly allowed me to use the restroom. If you want a place with good people to talk with this is them, and they have killer cuts
