Mikel listened to what I was saying I wanted and he was very prompt and kind to my son. Mikel was also very patient with my 5 year old, the shop was very clean and I am so happy that I have a barbershop that my son can go to routinely! I can't wait to keep up these haircuts for my baby with Mikel.

Negative experience: The haircuts done here are good. But the management and organization are something to be desired. I had an appt scheduled for 9 am and was told he’d be right with me. Ended up sitting in the lobby for 40 minutes while walk-ins were able to get in. I just left after that frustration and tried calling for a refund, but just got answering machine and no call back. They use a separate 3rd party app to manage appointments so no cancellation or refund option available there.
