Negative experience: The customer service atmosphere and energy is great! But for me the quality of work was not there Alex was my barber and he completely scorched my hair the first 2 pictures is what I left with at first and that is just simply terrible I have no clue how a “professional” could possibly let a client leave like that it’s 2 completely different haircuts yes I did get a full refund and he “fixed” it for free which was nice but still even after he fixed it (3rd and 4th photo) it still doesn’t look the same definitely way closer but definitely not the same still and what I didn’t realize until I got home the second time is he didn’t even blend my beard in after giving me exactly what I didn’t want I had to do it myself when I got home I never wanted the fade to go all the way up I made that clear in the beginning and the picture I showed him clearly was nothing like what I got

Positive experience: Ok there are a couple very good stylists and there are a few just average. And I've worked with several of them, but unfortunately, the couple of average have let me down where they haven't cut my hair very well. These guys do fades very well, but my hair is more classic and gentlemen, and maybe that's the reason. And you shouldn't have to ask to have your hair washed and a haircut shouldn't take 15 minutes. There should be more styling involved than wham bam thank you ma'am. Just my opinion.

I think the receptionist is Samantha if I'm wrong I'm sorry,greets everyone the same with a big smile and offers you drink while your waiting . Liz did my beard now twice and I will go back to her when I decide to shave it off. She is amazing at her job.She is highly skilled and efficient. It was a pleasure speaking with her and I'm glad I found this place. Obviously I will be back and I will spread the word about this barber shop.

Negative experience: This was the worst haircut of my entire life. Everything seemed great walking in. Very friendly staff and such. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and it didn’t even come close. More than twice as long as I originally asked for and what the picture showed. I couldn’t stay to fix it though cause it was already the 2nd time I him asked him to go shorter than he originally did so and I was running late to my event as a result. I had just asked then to style it the best he could… literally just had a random big spot in the back side of my head just sticking up. As if I woke up from bed or something. My friend literally burst out laughing the moment I got in the car. To top it off, I had horrible shaving burns everywhere throughout the night. I wish I had the experience other people here clearly had.

Fantastic experience: I had my first haircut today with Alex and the experience was great, not only with his service but also with everything else. The place is great, has an amazing environment and good music. I called in almost at the end of the day and they were able to get me in before the end of the shift. I definitely recommend the services and I will surely be coming back soon.

Negative experience: Awful experience from the moment i got in the seat. Lazaar acted as if me hiring his services was an inconvenience to him, seemed angry that i didnt want him to touch my beard, even though when i booked my appointment i clearly marked no beard, but blamed me for his misunderstanding. I said to him many times that i didnt want too much length taken off, and the guy sheep-sheered me. Theres a few comments in here that mention that Laz is rude, and you should believe them.

Fantastic experience: I came from out of town and booked for any staff. Ended up with Chad, and he didn’t disappoint. I’m a barber myself based out of Raleigh, NC. I let him know I wanted a mid skin fade, Florida style. Make me look very papacito. He definitely understood the assignment. More than pleased with my cut. If I’m ever back in Ft. Lauderdale, I know where I’m going and who I’m going to.

Positive experience: Brought my two boys in on a Saturday. Quick, friendly service. They upcharged me for my youngest boy because his hair was longer without consulting me first. $60 for a boys haircut is ridiculous. They should have charged $40 each and it would’ve been a five star review
