Fantastic experience: When I was forced to find a new barber after my old stylist moved from town, I was so incredibly lucky to find Joffrey on my first visit to Bottima! From the first hello, I felt immediately comfortable, relaxed, and knew that I was in good hands! I have been moving around a lot in terms of traveling, and therefore, I sometimes find myself letting my hair get away from me; and even though I was quite a mess at that particular moment, lol, he managed to find my style with ease. I got the bottima haircut which also includes a mini hot-towel facial at the end, and I was absolutely astonished with the experience and how relaxing and therapeutic it was. Before meeting Joffrey, I wasn’t prone to indulge myself with that sort of thing; however now I can’t imagine going without it! It’s like the cherry on top of the sundae in terms of the overall experience. This guy definitely knows what he’s doing. He found exactly the right places and exactly the right technique to really relax my face and to make me feel like a million bucks. I would recommend anyone try it! I'll be setting up my appointment with Jose again cause He was the very first to work on my beard from its first trim to when it was over 6 inches long. I wouldn't trust any other shop with my beard. Negative experience: Joffrey worst barber! I had a really disappointing experience with this barber. The haircut looked nothing like what I asked for, and it seemed rushed from start to finish. The attention to detail just wasn’t there, and the fade was uneven. On top of that, the barber didn’t seem very friendly or interested in listening to what I wanted. Definitely not worth the price — I won’t be coming back.

Negative experience: I don't know why u make your last appointment at 3:30 if by the closing time Diego the barber is gonna refuse to do his work because he is late to leave. When my boy asked him to cut a lil more he said no because the time was done. I am paying for a service, not for your time.

Negative experience: This review is strictly about the cleanliness and sanitation at this barbershop. I visited with my partner and witnessed something very concerning. The barber accidentally cut my partner in a few places with a razor, then used a reusable blue rag to wipe away the blood. When dealing with bleeding cuts, proper sanitation requires using a single-use, disposables such as an alcohol swab or a sterile wipe that should be discarded immediately after use. Reusing a rag poses a serious risk of spreading blood-borne diseases such as HIV,hepatitis, etc especially given the prevalence of such illnesses in Florida… I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident and that the barbers here are aware of proper sanitation procedures when handling open wounds.

Mustapha is the best though. The best! As a Virgo I’m super anal and Mustapha helps to ease all my concerns. He is detail oriented, he takes his time, and he does all the things. Hair. Beard. These were easily the best cuts, especially for the price, that I have had in 5 - 10 years. Negative experience: What a mess today at this place. I went in just to get the ends of my hair trimmed, nothing complicated. The barber, Max, seemed fine at first, but out of nowhere, he grabbed clippers set to a number 3 and just went for it—there was no going back. I tried to explain that it wasn’t what I wanted, but he didn’t seem to understand me, and things went downhill fast. He got frustrated, started pushing and scratching my head with the clippers, and when I asked him to be more careful, he got all flustered and told me to finish the haircut with someone else. At that point, everyone around me was making a scene, and I honestly felt really uncomfortable. Another barber stepped in to fix it, but Max sat right in front of us the whole time, making things super awkward. I really hope the management checks the cameras because the whole situation was ridiculous. Also make sure to check the tip options because the options go from 30 to 75%. I added photos for your reference, only went to trim the ends and left with the shorter mess that Luis, the other barber made. Take a look at the shaving, maybe he though it was funny but people like these should be away from anyones hair.
