Negative experience: This salon has completely gone downhill. What used to be a decent place is now one of the worst grooming experiences I’ve ever had. The professionalism is nonexistent. The owner is constantly on the phone while cutting clients’ hair, distracted and chatting with others instead of paying attention to the person sitting in the chair. It’s incredibly disrespectful and shows zero regard for customer service. The staff clearly lack proper training and skill. Several barbers don’t seem to know even the basics of cutting and styling hair. My haircut and beard were absolutely butchered, uneven lines, poor blending, no attention to detail, and no effort to fix their mistakes. It looked rushed, careless, and completely unprofessional. The atmosphere feels chaotic, disorganized, and careless. Instead of focusing on delivering quality service, they seem more interested in talking, using their phones, and moving customers in and out as quickly as possible. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place unless you want your hair and beard ruined. Save your time, money, and frustration, find a barber shop that actually values skill, professionalism, and respect for its clients

Muhammad gets my haircut exactly how I want it every time and he remembers what I like even if it has been several months since my last visit. He is attentive to detail around the edges. Everyone there is super friendly and they help me practice my Arabic so it doesn’t get rusty . $30 haircut is reasonable and they give you a very nice scalp massage and hot towel included. I will be coming back here over and over again!

Positive experience: I went here for a haircut and was very disappointed. The barber was in a rush the whole time and didn’t take the effort to listen or follow the instructions I gave. Instead of taking care to match the style I wanted, he hurried through the cut, which left me unhappy with the result. Good service requires patience and attention to detail, but unfortunately I didn’t find that here. Definitely not the experience I expected.

I have a cowlick in two spots, and somehow, they managed to tame both and perfectly fade it. Second off, the price was unbelievable. I paid half what I expected. The cherry on top was the straight razor to shave the neck. The only thing I'm upset about is that I didn't get the barber's name. Thank you so much R&R barbershop
