Fantastic experience: Was in New York from Ann Arbor, Michigan, desperately needing a haircut And found Alex at elite barbers 782 Lexington. He was fantastic! The best haircut I’ve had in five years. Too bad he won’t move to Ann Arbor.

Fantastic experience: Rima gave me a fresh cut, and shampoo. If you need a quick touch up or haircut, she will get you in within five minutes. Only 45$ for the whole service. Rima is an experienced hairdresser and stylist; she has the ability to eyeball the cutting measurements.

Negative experience: This places strongly pushes people to leave 5-star reviews, hence the very high rating. The haircut was fine but I scheduled an appointment before work, and the location opened a full 20 min after my appointment was supposed to start, with no acknowledgment of the late start for me or any of the other folks waiting. When I tried to point something out to the stylist during the haircut she got very defensive and aggressively told me I was wrong about my own hair. Would not recommend

Fantastic experience: To be honest, i been looking for a good Berber for a long time. Seeing their ratings I booked my appointment and surprisingly i found the best Berber i was looking for. Not only i had the best haircut, but also their behavior was soo amazing. It was worth it. I would recommend everyone to take their services.

Negative experience: Pretty bad cut and started late after the booked time. Would recommend being cautious since not all of the barbers know how to do simple cuts with curly hair.

Negative experience: Paid way too much money for a haircut with holes and poor quality. Extremely disappointed. At least I was asked many times if it’s good enough for me, but the guy whi cut my hair was just not good enough to do what I wanted. Simple skin fade.
