Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and all of the employees are really friendly. I absolutely plan on coming back whenever I decide to get my hair cut next and would recommend getting your hair cut by the folks at FadePro. I just wanted to add that I've seen Payne several times now and he's done a phenomenal job every time. I like to try new hairstyles but admittedly I don't know much outside of a Fade, so I've been giving him free reign to do what he does best and cut my hair based on what he thinks is best with my type of hair... and every time, he's done a great job. He's very attentive to detail and precise... it's clear he knows what he's doing. I highly recommend him if you're looking for someone to cut your hair.

He actually listened to what I wanted, made a few suggestions that were spot-on, and his attention to detail is next level. The cut came out perfect. On top of that, Arthur is the kind of guy who feels like an old friend—easy to talk to and genuinely welcoming. Everyone in the shop was friendly and made the whole experience great. Positive experience: Payne is a fantasic barber and had great service- he is very detail oriented and I’m really happy with my haircut. However, a 45 minute wait time when you had a pre-scheduled appointment is not acceptable for a 50 dollar haircut. I probably won’t be coming back for this reason. Not a criticism of my stylist, but there’s gotta be a better system to hand out appointment times.

Fantastic experience: One of the best, detailed, and most professional barbers I have seen and been to. Period. We went as a walk in at around 11:30, got a spot only after waiting for 5 mins, and got out at 12:30. A one hour haircut!!! The place that I usually go to only takes about 10 mins to finish a cut and it is not enough. Talking about the barber, I had Payne and he was just perfect. He took his time to make things just right and perfect looking, something you won’t get at other places. The barbers also like to socialize, which is a cherry on top. It was nice to learn a bit more about the place and the people who are there to run it.

She showed him all of her tools before using them, spoke to him gently, gave him something to hold, put a cartoon on to distract him, and, beyond that, he got an amazing haircut. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to FadePro for a little over a year now and my man Arthur never fails to bless me up . One thing that stands out to me the most is when he starts to memorize your hair and how your hair texture is… which lets him know what he can and can’t do with your hair. I get asked where I get my cuts from and I always tell them to go hit up FadePro. Their service is TOP NOTCH!

Fantastic experience: This place is THE SPOT. Been going here for a few years now. After looking all over the triangle for someone to cut my son's hair I finally found Nat at FadePro. Nat is hands down the best barber in Cary. Chill, inviting vibe and professional but warm and genuine staff. Every single person who works in this shop puts their whole heart into each cut. They do amazing beard shaping and bald shaves too. They also wash hair with every cut!

Negative experience: I booked a 5:00 PM haircut with Arthur since I live farther out now and need to come in after work. He ended up changing the time last minute because he “forgot” about a class. The truth is, Arthur has changed my appointment time for every haircut I have scheduled with him since I started going to this barbershop. Despite raising their prices, this barbershop doesn’t seem to have any respect for their clients or their time. If you choose to go here, know that they will go in the day before and play around with the time you had scheduled.

Negative experience: This place is not that great. They are a lot more expensive than other places and they spend 90% of the time talking instead of doing work. The guy who did my line-up did a horrible job and missed a lot of spots. I would not go here. You see a lot of people who come here who are visiting from out of town.
