Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Eric enough, he is the man. I’m pretty particular about my hair and have gotten some terrible cuts in the area unfortunately. I really started to hate going to get my hair cut and resorted to just going with an easier style that I didn’t love so it had less of a chance of getting messed up. Eric flipped that around and through my requests and his creativity (which I asked for), I am stoked about my hair finally. Efficient and personable as well. Cool vibe in general, everyone is pretty laid back and works hard to ensure everyone is comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I drove all the way from NY to NC in a panic after my NY barber canceled last minute before my best friend’s wedding (I was a groomsman). A friend swore by Don, so I booked—then saw the price was more than double what I usually pay ($30 max) and almost bailed. I’m SO glad I didn’t. From the moment I sat down, Don was professional, skilled, and incredibly knowledgeable. He spent the first 10 minutes literally mapping out my hair and explaining why a different cut would suit my head shape better than what I asked for—and he was beyond right. After an hour and a half of pure therapy, I walked out looking and feeling better than ever. This wasn’t just a cut. I got my hair and beard shampooed and conditioned, a hot towel, a light face massage, and he even finished with a quick spritz of cologne—details I’ve never experienced at a barbershop. The vibe was serene, almost spa-like. I never felt rushed, even when two clients walked in after me, and he still managed to accommodate them (and me—I was an hour late thanks to brutal traffic). That says a lot about his professionalism and character. Yes, it’s pricier than I’m used to—but it was absolutely money well spent. If you’re on the fence, try Don once and you’ll get it. I’m genuinely astonished at the result and will be back whenever I’m in NC.

I've been seeing the same stylist for 10 years before she moved, so I wasn't really sure how to describe what I wanted. I gave Dale a vague description, he took that and turned it into exactly what I was looking for. Great lines, nice smooth progression and good texture. I found my new spot and I plan on bringing my son in as well. I definitely recommend checking these guys out.

Fantastic experience: WOW! My boys (6 and 12 years old) had the absolute best experience at FadePro (Cary Millpond) with Don and Dale yesterday. What may speak for itself is that someone stopped us within 1 hour of leaving to ask where they got their haircuts noticing the excellent quality. It was also such an easy process to book an appointment/pre-pay as well as such a welcoming and calm atmosphere. My boys grinned ear to ear feeling spoiled and being in a mature (rather than childlike venue) yet friendly space to feel included with the hair wash and extra time spent special just for what they chose style wise. Both Don and Dale were meticulous with detail in the cut. Everyone walked out a little taller feeling good and we will definitely be back even though we live an hour away in Pittsboro.

Mr. Eric was beyond professional and took the time covering over the cut I was waiting but also asked questions and gave options and suggestions . There was no rushing involved in the cut the attention to detail in the cut was amazing. The way he cut makes it wearable in multiple styles which was much appreciated. Recently moving to the area I have had a hard time finding a barber to give you that sharp cut. Mr. Eric exceeded tho expectations. Definitely book with any of them and you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been getting the same hair cut for a decade and it’s never been as clean and consistent as it has since I started coming to Eric. The shop is always very clean, on time and friendly. Most barbershops will finish the cut and send you on your way with hair all over you. Not here - before you leave, they provide a hair wash before the final line up. It’s a great service that you do not get at other locations. I couldn’t believe the service for the price. 10/10

To begin, we, myself my 2 young boys walk in and they immediately change the music to instrumental. WOW. I’ve been to so many barber shops because my boys are mixed and not every barber knows what to do with their curly hair so having mindful barbers tells me a lot that small details matter. We were greeted and matched to Dale who cut both of my boys, he took his time he conversed with an 11yr and a 12yr made them feel extremely comfortable not only that he’s killed their cuts total chefs kiss. Jaffet is the definition of a exceptional barber. The whole experience is a 11/10 the second you walk in the shop. Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment with Don. As soon as I walked in, the atmosphere was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Don is very personable and funny. The entire staff were joking and talking, which made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Someone is always cleaning the hair snippings from the floor resulting in the barbershop being very clean. The owner made sure I was having a good visit and had a brief conversation with me even though he was busy. I received the best haircut i’ve ever gotten, from Don. All of the barbers emit passion for cutting hair, which can be hard to find. They take pride in their work and it shows from the quality of the haircut, especially from Don. Don has earned me as a repeat customer. If I could rate this place 6 stars I would.

I'm from the Bronx and we can tell if someone can cut or not and he can cut. The shampoo was fire and the service was fire. Keep up the great work dale I'll be back.
