Negative experience: I was in line and then someone else took my seat.I asked why I had to wait as I was the next in line as per what the wait list on the screen,to be told he's been waiting for him. Im on a busy schedule too. I liked it here until this. I get it, its not what you know, its who you know. Do better!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent haircut by Youssef, care and precision shown and he knew what hair length would suit. His beard skills on point and explained why he trimmed and shaped my beard the way he did due to its growth pattern which was great to know. My only issue was him being an Arsenal fan but I will definitely be going back to him! Great barber! His colleague (apologies, didn’t get your name) did a great job with my 5year old son’s haircut too! Thank you both

Fantastic experience: I had an awesome experience with Youssef today. He took the time to understand exactly what I was after and absolutely nailed it. The fade is clean, the beard shape-up is sharp, and the attention to detail is second to none. He never rushed the cut and made sure everything was perfectly blended and symmetrical. The whole experience was professional and welcoming, and I walked out feeling like a million bucks.
