Negative experience: Have never had a bad experience with them for over a year, until today. Asked for a bit off the sides. The guy started cutting really short and I reminded him not to go any shorter. Instead he pushed my head and gave me the worst haircut I've ever received in my life. Will not be going back again (unless I'm served by another barber man) .

Negative experience: Very rude man cut my hair and gave me the opposite of what I asked for. Poor customer service and I will never be coming back here again, such an awful experience!

Negative experience: Pretty shocking customer service. -Lady barber was almost mute the whole time, and didn't even greet me. -Didn't sweep the floor before me. -Clippers did yank my hair a few times -Ended the haircut suddenly without asking for feedback. -The cut was also very rushed, asymmetrical and not what I asked for. Paid $27.

Negative experience: We have been clients for a long time but it appears they now have new staff and it’s gone downhill. Twice my son has had a mole cut on the back of his neck and left bleeding from the female barber. The first time, she used the brush and flicked blood all over his face then put it back on the counter. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! He tried again today, thinking maybe that was a one off, to be cut again!! So careless. You have now lost our family of 4 as clients. You’re lucky I wasn’t there and only did this review. DO BETTER!!!

Negative experience: There's a lady that's fairly new looks Fijian. She butched my son's hair. I feel so terrible. I wished I never paid. It's sad because we've been getting the men in our families cuts done at the barber shop for many years. We will be looking else where from now on.

Negative experience: Went too get a hair cut, and bro butchered my hair, then had too pay $25 from a dude who can’t do a fade. Once a good place now just fill with amateurs with 1 or 2 good barbers. Very very very disappointing and don’t recommend

Negative experience: Very disappointed with haircut for son today. Watch out for new guys not trained enough . I asked to make short hairs and showed the picture use to have it from old barbers. But this new fella was living in his own world used machine and trim the hairs all off. Didn’t put effort to use scissors .

Think this is my new barber place. No booking but was busy n I can see why that's the case. Studio very tidy n always kept tidy after every single customer.

Negative experience: This is the only barber iv been too but have never been consistent. Some days are good and some days are bad. Went in today with my hair already the way I wanted after growing it out. A mid part with short sides. Asked for a tapered fade on the sides (shown a picture as reference) and just a slight trim on the top. He proceeds to cut the sides but didn’t both moving the top out of the way cutting the top fully then fully cut the top after that. Had no chance to say stop as he seems to always be in a rush and doesn’t take his time. Now what I’m left with is barely a mid part, one side longer than the other and about an inch or 2 taken of the time when I clearly stated “just a trim”. Would not recommend this barber to anyone who takes pride in your hair. Great for a quick in and out but expect poor service and quality.
