Fantastic experience: Def recommend Shae for a haircut.

Negative experience: Walked in and waited about 10min. Got a number 2cut not happy with job done. Now at home with wife having to tidy it up. Wouldn't recommend

Fantastic experience: Took my toddler in for a haircut and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff were incredibly patient, friendly, and Janine did such a great job with the haircut and was clearly experienced with little ones. They were welcoming and were able to see us right away, despite not having a booked appointment. The haircut turned out absolutely adorable. The shop was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere. Highly recommend for any parent looking for an affordable and stress-free haircut experience for their kid!

Negative experience: Got a lady cut my hair, that's was so bad...

Negative experience: Really disappointed. My first time leaving a negative review but cuts used to be amazing here. This time it took 2 visits and my son has ended up with a haircut that is shorter than wanted with uneven ends. Guy does good clipper cuts but not great with scissors. Won't be back!

Negative experience: If you have a beard don't go here. Asking for a trim on the side because it looks to bushy. They cut it fully round. Looking like a potato. Barber was also huffing and puffing everytime he had to walk around the chair. Would not go back there.

Fantastic experience: Took our son for a haircut today and this has been the only place that can actually cut his hair. Very happy with his hair, wasn't rushed at all and didn't have to wait long as we were walk in customers. Good price too

Fantastic experience: Went in this morning first thing and the person who cut my sons hair did amazing. My four year old son is autistic and always struggles with getting it cut. The person was so gentle and made it a positive experience for my little guy. My son will definitely remember it and will probably have an even easier time next hair cut day. The barber was able to adapt really well to what worked for my little guy. Can’t thank him enough :)

I dont know if they just left or what but the new person who worked on my hair clearly had no experience with long hair and did a really bad job. Uneven, parts completely missed, and slipped and shaved the wrong part completely. Disappointed

Positive experience: First time getting a cut here (12-07-19) as my usual place (Groom n Style had unfortunately shut down) i happened to bump into Vinnie (whom used to be at Groom n Style) and pretty much came away with a great trim and vibe from the store. #thanksmybro Clean, tidy, kid friendly with professional and welcoming staff. Bookings non essential +1 Wait times are bout the norm and i did inquire about busiest / best days to come in. I've always been a fan of the loyalty card scheme (the old buy 9 get one free thing) so very pleased to see this in effect and i felt the price i paid was indicative of the current market. Looks like this will be my new place to come from now on.

Negative experience: My wife, son and I came in and sat down to get my son a haircut. We were never acknowledged so we didn't know if we were in a queue or if it was just a free for all. Walked out after 10 minutes of waiting. There was also a woman at the counter waiting for service for the same amount of time being ignored.
