Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience getting our 19-month-old son’s hair cut here. The quality of the cut was amazing, neat, tidy, and exactly what we asked for. What really stood out was how patient and thoughtful he was with our little one. He put a kids program on his phone to keep him entertained, which made the whole process so much easier and stress free. Highly recommend, especially for parents looking for a barber who is great with toddlers. Sorry don't know his name - but he was the Filipino guy.

Negative experience: I have been a client for 6 years and I have always been very happy with the work, but in recent times the quality of service has dropped a lot, with many hairdressers with little experience. I hope you can improve that, I would not like to look for another place. Thank you very much.

Negative experience: My partner visited on Saturday around 10 a.m. as she’s a regular customer, but she had a disappointing experience with one of the younger staff members. He used the hairdryer on a high setting and burned her scalp. He didn’t bother to move her ears while cutting behind, nearly causing an injury, and his attitude throughout the appointment was dismissive and unprofessional. It seemed like his behavior may have been influenced by the fact that she’s female, which is completely unacceptable. He did a terrible job! I had to go to another barber’s to get it fixed This is no way to treat your customers. She won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest you address this issue with your staff.

Negative experience: Spent $30 To tell dude I didn’t want my beard cut 3 times for him to start cutting my beard. To which I told him CLEARLY not to cut it too short. He kept saying “it’s not too short brother” when I sat up he had cut 2 thirds of my beard off and kept saying it wasn’t too short. I made it clear to him that it was too short. He just kept saying no. At this point we were already too far in to stop. By the end of the cut he said that it WAS too short and apposlogised. Then charged me 30 bucks. This place is usually good but stay away from the older dude. No idea what he’s doing. will be a while before I come back.

If you are currently reading the reviews I’d dismay the bad reviews as they seem to be far from the truth. Klean kutz give quality haircuts and leave you feeling great every single time. I will and have referred everyone I know who needs a spruce up before town, has a job interview or wants to feel new. 10/10 service. Give them a shot, I promise you won’t be let down!

Fantastic experience: I needed a quality, quick hair cut during my 30min lunch break. Was done in 15mins and was the best cut I've had in a long while! No comparison for service, absolutely awesome!

Negative experience: Would have loved to have gotten just my undercut fixed up here but "womens hair is too soft" and denied service. Not impressed. My outgrown fade is the same as everyone elses outgrown fade. Could have said something while I was waiting 40mins bro.
