Negative experience: I arrived at 3:39 pm today for a haircut and shave, even though the shop closes at 4:00 pm. As a regular customer, I expected they could fit me in or at least try to help. Instead, they simply said they didn’t have time because they close at 4:00 pm. This was disappointing, especially since there were about 20 minutes left before closing and I’ve been a regular customer. The attitude toward a loyal customer felt dismissive and unhelpful. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning and unfortunately can’t recommend this barber shop to others. Overpirzed as well

The guy was sooo patient, understanding and very caring towards him. my son ran off to touch a couple of times and the barber just waited for him until he was ready, explained every step to him and constantly gave him reassurance. Negative experience: Wishing there was an option for negative star reviews because this was a WOREST PLACE TO GO TO. Had a bad experience, the customer service was terrible and the owner was just as worst. Highly wouldn’t recommend to anyone since I had to go to another barber to fix the haircut I got from this place. (Refund wasn’t given)

Negative experience: One star because I walked in, no greeting. No acknowledgement not even a nod or hey or anything. Three barbers on taking forever and spending more time chatting than hair cutting. One of the barbers went off to take a break, fair enough, but no eye contact, could have told me he was heading out after the next haircut. Get a Cut was so much better. Efficient, better barbers, friendly, would let you know if they were busy/going on a break. Step up your game you guys are unprofessional trash yo

Negative experience: The old crew had it down, price was good and affordable and a great job, this new ownership does a very average job and has cheekily put the price up twice in my last 2 haircuts.. $35 from $25 and its a worse haircut dont make sense to me as my Mrs can get her hair cut styled blow waved for same price as a buzz cutt... Shot yourselves in the foot being greedy. You also clearly cant take critique looking at your paragraph replies to people who did not like it.. Take the critique on the chin chap the customers always right even when their not. Customer service 101. You also seem to stalk out the people who make bad reviews running to cctv looking up their names clearly on social media to put a face to the name.. Just let it go chap lmao. Your nice enough people but your committing daylight robbery lol.
