Positive experience: Had a head shave and beard trim/shave with a young guy, can’t remember his name unfortunately. Really nice guy but maybe still learning, as the shave was quite patchy and he seemed to shave different parts on either side of my face - didn’t shave my neck properly. I didn’t pick it up until I got home as the chairs are so far away from the mirrors that you can’t see details. Bit rough for a $70 shave that I’ll have to fix myself. Oh and he used way to much shave oil that it went in my ear and I reek of it even an hour later. Nice guy but inexperienced I’d say.

Fantastic experience: great barber! very good work

Negative experience: Went in for haircut and beard trim. The hair cut was perfect, however my beard trim fell well short of my expectations. One side of my beard didn’t line up with other side (first picture) shape was uneven on the left. I’ll give them props for committing to fix it so quickly (within 2hours). After getting back to the store for the fix, I found that I was having to repeat myself regarding the issue and directing them how to view my face to spot the issue. Unfortunately the attempted fix didn’t fix anything and left my beard uneven, with too much taken off on one side. Essentially I’ve now got two different beard shapes on each side of my face (2nd photo)

Fantastic experience: Le Ben is an amazing master stylist, I've migrated through 3 salons he's worked at to get regular cuts from him for years. Masterful work, good vibes, gender inclusive regardless of how you identify. I've had long feminine hair, undercuts, short classic men's styles, out of the usual dye jobs, and now a mullet and he's nailed it consistently. Book the shampoo with him too his head massages basically put me to sleep every time!

For my style of fade, Jam, Aze and Jamie were awesome. A true gentleman’s barber, which is a rarity.
