Negative experience: Didnt give me what i asked for. I asked for a tapered mullet and left with a mid taper because they cant cut curly hair. The treated me like a sheep and used the shaver on my mullet to cut it down which made it look horrible.

Negative experience: Disappointing experience. I've learnt that a scissor cut is the most effective way to stop my hair sticking out but the guy insisted on using clippers. I stated that I was happy to go elsewhere if he couldn't do scissor cuts but he carried on regardless. Lesson learnt. It'll grow out of course, and he would have known this, so might explain why he wasn't interested in listening.

Beard completely ruined and a fade cut that looks like a toddler did it. $50 to be manhandled and the clippers slammed against your head for 30 minutes because they just simply don't care. Negative experience: I don't understand the rate. The haircut is fine, I'm not gonna complain, but the way, I never seen that before. The barber treated my head as something insensitive, I thought he would destroy my skin and my ears, not soft at all. I'm not that sensitive, but it was even disrespectful at some point. Negative experience: Very bad. They take cash only, always say eftpos is not working. If you don’t have cash they tell you to go withdraw it and comeback. If it happens once or twice then that’s fine, but they have done this for everyone I know. Clearly doing something wrong.

The guys took such care with prepping, cutting and checking their work that it felt like they were in no rush and just wanted to do a perfect job. Price was very reasonable for a skin fade, and was the most even fade I’ve had in Dunedin. Will definitely be back.
