Negative experience: Terrible service, did nothing I asked and managed to cut my fringe completely lopsided. Fella with the curly hair had the audacity to start complementing his own work aswell and tried to convince me it was good.

Negative experience: I visited this place today for the second time. The first time was great; I had an amazing stylist who gave me a fantastic haircut. But today was an absolute nightmare. The stylist did a terrible job, not at all what I asked for. He left me about ten times to chat with other clients and staff, even ran outside with another worker who just left, and also chatted with a friend who came to visit him. I am absolutely dissatisfied with the result and I recommend that you carefully choose the stylist you go to at this place. Another client came in for him, but he couldn’t serve them because the second worker just left, and when another client suddenly approached him, he simply ignored them.

Fantastic experience: I have had an amazing experience at Charlie Chaplin Barber Shop! Adlan , the barber, is truly a great man who provides excellent service at the best prices in the city. Unlike other barbers, Adlene takes his time and treats his customers like family members. He made sure to not rush through the haircut, ensuring that every detail was perfect. I give five stars to this genius guy! I strongly recommend Charlie's Barber Shop to anyone looking for a new hair cut. Once you visit, I promise you won't want to go anywhere else. Fantastic experience: Brought my 12-year-old in for a cut yesterday evening just before closing and the lads still fit him in, no fuss. He’s super fussy about his hair and has tried a few barbers around Churchtown/Milltown/Dundrum, but walked out of Charlie’s saying he’s found his barber now. Great vibe and nice setup. Was offered coffee while waiting, and the little fella left with a fresh mid-fade (or whatever they call it these days), a lollypop, and a massive smile. Big thanks to Stu, Adam, and Adlan (hope I spelt name correctly). He’ll be back, and probably bringing half his class with him!!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant barbers, standard is excellent and Adlen always has my boys looking great. Adlen is the only person that had the patience to cut my eldest sons hair, no one else would do this as he a lot of sensory issues and wouldn’t let anyone touch him. Adlen went out of his way to make my son comfortable (coming to our house to cut hair) and now my son allows him to cut his hair no problem in the barbershop, he loves Adlen! It truly is the best barbershop anywhere!
