Alan was incredibly genuine, friendly, and clearly very passionate about his work. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and that passion really shows in the quality of the haircut. I was a bit nervous going in, as I’ve been going to the same barber for many years, but I was travelling and needed a cut. After seeing the great reviews, I decided to book with Alan — and I’m so glad I did. He made me feel comfortable right away and delivered an excellent haircut. Overall, a fantastic experience. Fantastic experience: Walked past Nelki’s today and wasn’t planning on going in, but Nelki himself spotted me and asked where I got my haircut. Told me to come back in 30 mins and they’d tidy it up. Went back at 12 and Alan sorted me out — absolute gentleman. Cleaned it up perfectly and wouldn’t even let me pay. Top lads, unreal service. Can’t recommend them enough.

I booked with Seán L because he had a noon appointment available, and he did a great job giving me the cut I wanted and with good conversation. The shop itself was also very good and the lead barber Nelki was very hospitable including offering a water and a candy dish. Highly recommend!
