Negative experience: Wouldn’t bother. Booked online for my 2 sons, drove 20mins to get there only to be told that they’d double booked us (they changed over to a new system & hadn’t bothered transferring our appointment over). Told us they could t take us today. That was it. When I refused & wanted to know why they could t cancel the other appointments seeing as we had it booked for the week & there was 2 of them, so twice the money. Was told just a flat no. Insisted he ring his manager & he didn’t bother to pick up. Eventually offered to do later today, but it doesn’t suit. Very poor customer service.
