Negative experience: Shocking service. They refused to cut my hair as a non binary person.

Negative experience: Used to be very good for kids but not anymore. Basically refusing younger kids and very rude to the older ones. Probably only one staff member but always seems to be the one that’s available.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible haircut. Uneven fringe, random uneven chunks cut out. It might help to slow down with the scissors - it’s not a race.

Negative experience: Way shorter than agreed and rushed-finished in well under 10 minutes. Instructions were ignored, and I ended up with a buzz cut instead of the textured fringe I requested and paid for. The barber left just enough fringe to flick back at the end, which felt more like covering the damage than a finished style. I won’t be returning. This used to be a good shop, not anymore.

Negative experience: Dude had no clue how to use scissors, indeed turned out to be the worst hair cut of my life. Nothing was the same length, random short and long patches all over the place. So bad it felt deliberate.

Positive experience: Super friendly as soon as I walked into the door everyone there was friendly. The wait time wasn't very long but also wasn't too busy. My cut was fast but was good the barber also gave me advice on what length to keep my hair the only downside was the prices it was a bit expensive but I would definitely come back. I would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve gone to Kozzys, Headford Rd for the last few years and I’ve always been happy with the haircut and the atmosphere in the shop. All the staff are very good however I find Sergio, Danny and Nicole are always very good with my children.

Negative experience: The barber took max 10 mins cutting my hair. Done a fade in 2 mins then basically took 2 chunks out of the side of my head trying to blend the sides. Terrible. They're literally hiring barbers now after watching YouTube videos to cut as much as they can and make as much money as they can. They do not care about the quality of the cut or the customer experience. Stay away

Fantastic experience: Got a cut and beard trim today from Danny. He knew what would work, recommended a zero sides and back with a fade, and I think he gave me possibly the best haircut I’ve ever had AND the quickest. I look 10 years younger. Absolute pro, top quality tools, excellent skill, fantastic manner, just the best. Thanks Danny, I’ll be back to ya.

Negative experience: The barber cut my hair like he was in a speed competition, taking less than 10 minutes even though I had asked for a fade and to have my beard shaped. This would be fine if the price reflected this service and the amateur haircut that I received. However I was charged €30- which in fact is €4 more expensive than what I am always charged in Kozzys Knocknacarra, who take their time and always provide an excellent haircut.

Negative experience: I went a few times to kozzys as the location is great, easy parking and great haircuts. When I arrived two barbers went on break and said they would be 20 minutes to hold on. I waited for a full hour and no sign of either of them. As far as I remember the barbers name was Conor and he took a disliking to me for whatever reason. That was the impression I got anyways. Very disappointed in the customer service and it's a shame because they are skilled barbers who do a great job on hair. I certainly will not be returning due to time wasting and waiting for an hour as well as the uncomfortable vibe

I was impressed by his attention to detail, and recommendations based on my hair type + beard length. Would highly recommend. All the other staff in there were very sound and chatty to. Nice spot!

Negative experience: €40 for two boys (4 yr old & 9yr old) dry hair cut. I couldn’t believe it. Unfortunately won’t be returning.

Negative experience: Had a terrible haircut on Tuesday afternoon. I had asked for a 0 mid fade and after 20 mins ended up with a 0 side and back with no fade and an unequal amounts of hair taken off the back. The hairdresser smelled as if she had been drinking and was stumbling while cutting my hair, at times they struggled to put the clippers on the razor. After the haircut I went to pay and the hairdresser spent 5 minutes trying to input the numbers into the card machine while also asking multiple times and stumbling on their words if I was paying by card. By far the worst haircut I’ve ever had and was forced to go somewhere else to get it fixed, will never be going here again.

Negative experience: Often bought the kids here for a hair cut but never again. The lady who was there was under the influence and another guy had to take over and try to salvage the cut. My other kids had his ear cut. Standards are gone and I won't be going back. The poor woman needs intervention I'd say or maybe she's going through a tough time but you can't be using scissors on people and especially kids when you can't even stand up straight. Sound enough to not charge for it but why was she allowed stay at work in that condition, poor management and leadership, you can do so much better than that. Reputation is on the line.

Negative experience: Very worse . I went for a cut and he told me to go home, wash hair and come back again just because it had slight oil based gel . I walked into GRAFTON barber and he welcomed me and cut it right away without other non sense like koztello guy. You never send customers home buddy. Lot of people can come to get hair cut after work or travel , you can't tell them go home, wash your hair and then come back.
