La coupe a ete très réussie, mais en me coupant les cheveux, la coiffeuse a cassé ma chaîne et s’est contentée de s’excuser, sans proposer de dédommagement ou de remise. J’ai dû moi-même aller chez un bijoutier pour faire un devis, puis revenir au salon pour discuter de la suite. Après quelques échanges compliqués, elle a finalement accepté de me rembourser la coupe. Une meilleure gestion de ce genre de situation aurait été appréciée. Si jamais vous vous faites couper chez eux, enlever votre chaine

Negative experience: **NOT FOR MULLET HAIRCUT** Just got my hair butchered after specifically telling the barber “I’m growing out my mullet” and “I want to keep the length”. Fella in the far chair continued to cut out of some kind of weird impulse, and even said “sorry” mid trimming. Because it’s at the back I couldn’t tell properly until I turned my head after. Not only that, he could do with clippers not from Wish because my neck is left stinging after the beard trim.. He still somehow had the cells to ask for 38 euro at the end. Stay well clear

Negative experience: There’s some good barbers here. Be careful, some barbers aren’t good, or will rush hair cuts, like taking 5 minutes to do a scissors cut and blend - you’ll end up with a buzz cut.

He didn’t listen to anything my friends were asking for there was 3 people working that day and I think they end up with someone who was still in training 22€ for the worse hair cuts I’ve seen in my life

Positive experience: Ich bin kurzfristig kurz vor Feierabend (18.15 Uhr) spontan in den Laden gekommen um nach einem Haarschnitt zu fragen. Ich konnte nach 5min. warten direkt Platz nehmen und wurde von Alex bedient. Er hat einen guten Job gemacht und ich bin zufrieden. Es war sehr nett mich so kurz vor Feierabend noch anzunehmen. In dem Barbershop kann man nur mit Bargeld bezahlen. Mir wurde aber angeboten das Geld auch nachher bringen zu koennen. Ebenfalls sehr nett.

Fantastic experience: I have been getting my haircut here for over a decade. I have to get a bad cut yet there. Always a great interaction with the berbers, especially the owner, Ali. Competitively priced and great attention to detail on beard trims and shaping. Make sure to check out some of their great hair and beard products on sale too. I couldn't this place recommend more. I'd give more than 5 stars if it was possible.

Hair cut was just ok but the hot towel shave was disgraceful, never again, ended up going home with a moustache and had to shave again at home, barber just didn’t know what to do, and had to ask for help off another Barber. Fantastic experience: Got the regular short back and side's and i just let him do his thing once he had found out how short i wanted it. It was everything a bloke want's to get ! Simple no fuss or drama and the Barber ( I got Ali himself ) is very skilled from what i saw him do to a couple of people in front of me, not only him but the other barber's were very good as well as i saw a variety of styles catered for. From skin tight to design's and line's added to the customer's cut. The overall experience was very VERY good in a score out of 10 I'd give the place a very satisfied 9.5 out of 10 . The only thing that caught me unaware was that he only took cash on the day i was there. Not sure if this is the case all the time or not but it wasn't a big issue as there's a lot of cash machine's literally one or two shop's down or just around the corner and he's such a nice guy and he trusted me to go out of his establishment and get the cash to pay for it, a less honest person could have just done a runner and not paid. So keep some cash on you just in case it's a cash only business. Sorry for the big long review but i am so impressed with the skill of ALL the barber's there and the excellent and relaxed atmosphere of the place along with the chat with the Barber if you were so inclined ( one person wasn't and it was no bother at all and didn't affect the atmosphere or the quality of his cut ). It's just a brilliant place to go get your hair cut. I'm sure that someone else will have had a different experience but from what i saw and including myself every customer was very happy with the job done and as there was a constant stream of people coming in and out of the place Ali's Barber shop is a very VERY popular business. In short go there and get your hair cut by a skilled Barber and enjoy the experience with no fuss or drama.

Negative experience: I went in for a cut and beard TRIM. AND I GAVE INSTRUCTIONS and he absolutely butchered me I don’t care about the haircut it was ok. the beard on the other hand well what’s left of it is destroyed and as good as stubble left. He did exactly what I didn’t want him to do and still paid 30€

Negative experience: Asked a few times for the barber to take a very small bit off and he done the exact opposite, also was very uneven in a few parts. Definitely the dodgiest haircut I've ever got.

Fantastic experience: Just got the best hair cut of my life hands down from Karzan at Ali's on eyre Square near supermacs. Service was impeccable and Karzan went above and beyond. Attention to detail was amazing and such a relaxed and friendly environment. Beard shape, close shave, high fade, and scissors... even did my eyebrows and nose hair, and everything was done exactly as I asked if not better somehow. I'm a new man!! Will only be getting my hair cut by Karzan from now on for sure. Thanks Ali's Barber I'll be telling all the lads about this one! I'll be back for my next trim when needed.
