Negative experience: Asked for a 2 back and sides and got a fade instead. Asked for a beard trim and the lad instantly takes the full beard off with the clippers. Made me look an absolute Muppet and still tried to charge £30. Ridiculous

Fantastic experience: After only being in Manchester for just over 6 months I’ve been in the hunt for a got barbers. During that time I’ve had some pretty questionable cuts with eye watering prices. But after finding these guys the search is over! Great quality service and real talent all within an affordable price range. It’s the best haircut I’ve had in Manchester! And won’t be going anywhere else!!

Negative experience: Previously had good experiences with this barbers, however, will not be coming back after my extremely rude and insulting treatment on the 28th August. The barber, who took 1 hour to do a basic haircut, refused to shake my hand and calked me quote on quote "dirty". Really disappointed

I really appreciated how my barber gave suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. The appointment system also makes everything much more convenient. I can definitely say I’m a fan now!

I’ve tried both the shaving and haircut services, and they’re consistently great. He works quickly but always takes the time to check in and make sure I’m happy with the result. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: The worst shave I have ever had! I asked for a wet shave on my head…, was ignored completely!l and given a razor shave! Completely messed up my beard too! Awful cut awful service don’t go anywhere near!

Negative experience: The barber seemed to be nice and skilled enough. However, I don’t think he’s aware that everyone’s hair pattern is different - especially in guys over 40. The cut he gave me accentuated my thinning sections, whereas a barber’s job is to mask those areas. A good haircut should make you feel and look younger. This haircut did the opposite. I am disappointed literally every time I look in the mirror. Now, I have to wait for it to (hopefully) grow out and find someone who will use more care.

Negative experience: My masc partner had booked in to get the same haircut as John sat in the chair next to them, but was told at appointment “no. Men only.” “I’ll only cut men’s hair” so uncomfortable. Gave money back and had to leave. For any mascs out there avoid avoid.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trim/fade/turkish hot towel etc. Yury is very good and I always go to see him but the other guys are all fantastic too! I would say it’s very cheap compared to some of the other town prices! Really satisfied every time I go!

Negative experience: Zero credibility for a place that asks you to pay in advance for a reservation and does 't even have a reception to speak with or someone to acknowledges if you have a reservation when you walk in and a waiting time of 20+ mins . Reservations mean nothing i guess.

Negative experience: One of the worst barbers I’ve ever came across. Due to discrimination would not recommend this place to anyone Specially to any LGBTQ+ Community. Have shaved head wanted a quick touch up. However due to my gender I was denied entry on pride as well. hopefully this place will get shut down. It’s the 21st century and against equality act law.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment online for 6pm however didn’t get in the chair until after 6:40 but not before another customer who entered the shop after me was seated. He also had a 6pm appointment but for some reason their custom was more important than mine? What’s the point in pre-booking and who do you have to be to be a priority? Extremely disappointed. Always had a good experience here but not this time

I asked them to make me look younger and thinner, you decide (I’ve been to the pub and for a 10km run since the haircut today btw. The shot with glasses is 2 days ago). Excellent

Positive experience: Good hair cut and friendly service. However, the barber left me 3 times to have personal conversations with friends that had stopped for a chat. The barber also shouted loudly to his friends whilst standing right beside me which wasn't nice. Lastly he kept throwing tissues on the floor and leaving them there which was off putting. In future I would prefer a barber who is less distracted and doesn't shout.
