Fantastic experience: Had a great experience. Vari who cut my hair was great. I booked an appointment and was seen to immediately I arrived. The cut and style was good, with some good advice from Vari. It maybe took a bit longer than it would elsewhere but that might have been because we were chatting so much throughout the appointment. I also noticed that the trainers we always in the background keeping an eye on the way things were going, which was reassuring

Negative experience: 1. Went there 2 times, barbers were not gentle or kind with the comb. It felt like they comb your hair + ear like chopping touffu. When I complained, I got told that "its going to happen since your ear is there" and "have you ever had a haircut before?" On the other occasion. Can they be gentle with my ear? It isn't made of steel. 2. The machine was hot when they were using it to cut my hair so I moved but got told off for moving. When I complained about the machine being unbearably hot for my neck, the barber just dismissed it by touching his hands with it and saying it isn't. 3. The barber asked me to scan the Google review QR code but then he took my phone when I was about to give the review and typed a self-glazing review for him. I won't disclose his shameless name here but it certainly was the final straw. That review which he left without my consent was deleted by me later. 4. Not trying to put anyone in a bad light but just sharing the facts of what I experienced here. Hopefully you can improve on your service and professionalism. Not every customer is a maniquine without any sense of pain.

Fantastic experience: First time coming here and I absolutely loved it! The experience was amazing from start to finish. Claire did a fantastic job cutting my hair and even washed it beforehand, which made the cut feel even better. Educator Liam was also incredible. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. I couldn’t believe how great the result was the cut was honestly better than ones I’ve had at paid barbers. I love that this place helps people learn while still delivering such high-quality work. Such a great place, and I will 100% be coming back and recommending it to everyone!

Negative experience: I used to have a very good experience with London School of Barber in Manchester. The service was great, and in the past, if I cancelled my booking early, I was able to get a refund by rebooking another session and emailing customer service. However, this has changed recently. Now, emails to customer service are not being replied to, and the refund option seems to no longer exist. This is quite disappointing compared to the service they provided before. I hope the management can improve their customer service and communication again.

She started with a relaxing hair wash, which made the cut even better, and then gave me a clean and sharp burst fade exactly how I wanted it. She finished by styling my hair perfectly. Sarah is friendly, professional, and really skilled, easily one of the best cuts l've had. Highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Henry gave me a great hair cut! I was there for a soft scissor cut, which took about 90 minutes and was free. Henry cut my hair exactly like I asked and it looks really nice. I was also a bit nervous because I am not a man, but I do have short hair, but they were very chill about it and there was no need for me to be nervous. I am very content with my hair and the experience!
