Negative experience: Been here a few times and really liked the service had a problem the last time though- I was running a bit late and they refused to serve me when I called up-only being 5 minutes away- the guy who answered the phone was very rude, I got charged 24£ aswell as being told to re book and spend another 24£ on an appointment- so totalling 48£ for one haircut.

He’s not only professional, but also genuinely friendly and cool, which makes the whole experience even better. As someone with Asian hair, it can be difficult to find a barber who understands how to work with it, but finding Portland Barbers was a game-changer. I haven’t looked back since! Hands down, the best barbershop in town.

Negative experience: Got my hair cut by Jordan, he’s made me look like a thumb. £21 for a horrific trim. Asked for a number 5 short back and sides. He went all the way up my head and basically cut the top at the same length as the sides and left a little tuft of hair. I look like I should be hanging around under bridges shooting up. Cheers mate.
