Negative experience: Very disappointed. I showed a reference picture but the haircut didn’t match at all, it was just roughly trimmed. The barber was also quite rough, hitting my ears with the comb and scissors, and even messed up my beard. Won’t be coming back Response to your reply: Thank you for your reply. I’d just like to clarify that this isn’t my first visit to a barbershop, and I do understand how haircuts and beard work. My concern is not about matching the picture exactly. It’s about execution. A beard fade should be even on both sides, regardless of hair type, yet one side is clearly more faded than the other. That has nothing to do with hair length or reference photos. Similarly, visible hair left around the ears reflects an unfinished trim. Cleaning around the ears is a standard part of a neat cut, and that should not be overlooked. My feedback is based on these technical points and my experience, not unrealistic expectations. I believe fair feedback should be acknowledged rather than dismissed.

Negative experience: I forgot my shaving kit at home so I looked up the nearest barber and spent £10. The worst shave I have ever had. My family is full of barbers and I know how good someone should be with a straight/cut throat razor.

Negative experience: The guy didn't cover me properly and ended up getting hair on my clothes... spoke a lot to their friend who was waiting for a cut, nearly took 45 mins for a haircut... worst of all, pushed my line back slightly! Haircut overall was decent, but these points ruined the experience.

Fantastic experience: The best barber in Manchester, has been for over 10 years

Negative experience: When I was seating and asked how I wanted it I made it clear right from the start that the previous haircut I’ve had the made it short on the top and much longer at the front / fringe and I asked him to sort that out / level out the top. What does he do? He cuts the top even shorter and leaves the fringe longer- exactly what I asked not to do. The face is ok but the left side I’m not entirely happy with
