Fantastic experience: First time at this Rooster's Barbers, and I'm impressed. Yusef is an absolute professional who knows exactly how to give a perfect cut just the way you ask for. His attention to detail is unmatched, and he listens to what you want, making sure you leave fresh and confident. The atmosphere of the shop is always welcoming, and you can tell Yusef and the other barbers care about their clients. I've seen some clients enter, only to be greeted warmly by the barbers too. He's also very friendly and welcoming, making sure not to rush the job, and to cut hair properly. Negative experience: Mixed feelings about this barbershop. They have a booking service but it isn’t used properly, I booked Jay (who is good) but ended up getting my hair cut by a different barber. The other barber completely ignored what I asked for and cut my crown so short that it’s still nowhere near back to the original length over 2 months later. Probably have another couple of months to go. The time before this I also booked but had to wait over an hour past the allotted time.
