Negative experience: I’ve been in once before and I had the guy next to the window who was good, did what I asked and was friendly, so I was worth the £25. This second time I’ve gone I had the older man nearest the sofas, he was grumpy the whole time, took no care with my head and haircut. But worse than all that I don’t think he even listened to what I wanted, I wanted a burst fade so that there’s sided we’re faded low and the back kept some hair almost like a short mullet. The first thing he did was clipper the sides of my hair right up as high as you could before it’s the top. Didn’t listen to what I wanted at all, just went straight into roughly cutting however he thought he should. Result is a bad trim that is as far away as it could be from what I wanted. Place is nice, but £25 pounds for him to neglect my requests and roughly chop my hair is not worth it.

Negative experience: Used to be great but my last two haircuts have been diabolically crap. My most recent has patches everywhere and the barber looked surprised when I asked him to tidy it up. Not sure why they have become so bad but the 5 star reviews aren't genuine as they always ask you to give them a 5 star review.

Negative experience: I made an appointment for a straight razor shave. When I arrived, they had no record of the appointment, the barber was not there, and the person that finally did my shave, used an electric razor instead of a blade. All for 25 pounds. Lousy experience

Fantastic experience: Rozh was an amazing Barber! Brilliant Haircut, Beautiful Coffee, lovely cold water and the Barber Shop was Immaculate as always. Yusef, Rozh and Wilson were perfectly delightful Gentleman whom all are incredibly skilled at their profession. I am very ill man with multiple problems however I arrive as 53years of age and leave looking around 28years. These fine gentleman cure me of all my ills and woes and I leave on Cloud 9 both looking and feeling amazing. I highly recommend everybody to treat themselves and come in to experience such joy and wonder. I also wish these gentleman receive a handsome Monetary Raise before Christmas. Negative experience: I went to Luxury Barbers expecting a premium service, but was really disappointed. I was charged £40 just for an undercut to 0mm and a beard tidy-up/shape, which feels seriously overpriced for what was done. The cut itself was nothing special and definitely didn’t justify the cost. There are plenty of barbers who provide the same (or better) service for much less. Won’t be going back.

Bob knows how to cut hair that tends to stick out when short, using scissors, not just a clipper. Also very friendly service. The beard shave was so smooth it will last 3 days.

Fantastic experience: I’m from NY and I was worried about getting a haircut here because, frankly, a lot white dudes are walkin around with shit hair unless they get a standard business cut. I got a high skin fade, wrapping around the back and coming to a Mohawk type point in the back. My man had me looking right. This was the longest haircut I’ve ever gotten, prob like 45 minutes and I’ve never seen someone use so many different clips, attachments, brushes, powders, scented waters etc. but it was all worth cause it was on point. Definitely recommend the boys over at Luxury.
